When told to move your head, turn your head in a circular manner 📌In the next step, submit your ID (front and back) and enter the final details as required. 📌At the end, you may be told something went wrong. Don't worry. Relax for about a minute. You'll get an email telling you that your verification has been approved. 📌You don't have to submit a document to prove your address. 📌At this point, you're done with chrome browser. 📌Now open your CEX.IO app and incase you don't have it, download it right away and open it. 📌You'll now see your CEXP balance.

Login to your account on CEX.IO website. Check if your identity is verified, and if you can find your balance there. Just click on 👉 CEX.IO
