@@Wickedesu of course it is. That show is slept on by so many people. I'm continually surprised at how many people have never heard of it. For a show that's so good it's pretty widely unknown. I wish more people knew about it. I also wish they could have made more of it. But as somebody up above said without John Witherspoon it really wouldn't be the same.
To be fair Nux, Tom (the possessed man) is their neighbor and known in his neighborhood for overly nice demeanor. With Tom's sudden 180 in behavior and enough of his 'distinct' yelling tipped Huey that was Stinkmeaner.
Side note: how did Stinkmeaner get the rank of Colonel blind for the entirety of the of service?

Ruckus personally has so many good lines that every now and then it makes me sad it’s considered socially unacceptable for me to say the N word because Niggatry is the greatest word play I’ve ever heard. Just before he steps foot in the room with the possessed Tom he says “yeah theirs some powerful Niggatry at work” and I just think of how fucking funny it is that it would have been a meme in an instant in a different timeline.

That weapon is called the “Flying Guillotine” The way its supposed to work is the wielder throws it at his opponent, entrapping his head inside of it. Once entrapped, hidden blades pop out from around the neck area, then all the wielder has to do is yank on the rope, decapitating their opponent, hence its name. There’s actually an old Kung Fu movie that’s on RUclips called Master Of The Flying Guillotine if you want to see it in action. It’s actually very good.😊

Funny thing is: Huey trained in martial arts to he’s regularly in the show getting into literal anime like fights with adults, sometimes winning(mostly) or his brother.

But Huey, Riley, grandad, and ruckus all know Tom from their day to day lives... And Tom is about as threatening as a dandelion that's been through a mulcher.
It’s gonna be fun watching Nux reaction to all 4 Seasons. First two seasons really nailed a lot of black politics. Season 3 was more of how crazy it can get (which I like too, but it was hit or miss.) Then sadly I never saw Season 4, but it wasn’t as good since the original creator left. Get ready for a fun watch Nux.
I was annoyed seeing this season 4 appearance of Stinkmeaner mentioned. Where as the others followed some progression that whole episode was largely forced. It really stands out in the ending. I like Stinkmeaner but there really did not need to be a forth episode. Reminds me talking about a character in another show where I said forcing the character to appear more because fans like the character devalues the character. A lot of the classic characters are classics because the scenes they showed up in had weight.
Been a fan of boondocks for almost 18 years, still don’t get tired of it lol

Honestly the worst part of the last season, the reason I’d never consider it canon is that the Stinkmeaner episode wasn’t the 4th or 5th episode like the other seasons. S1 Ep4 was “grandads fight” S2 Ep4 “Stinkmeaner strikes back” and while it’s kinda of a shame it’s not 4th S3 Ep5 “The Hateocracy” but at least it didn’t land on episode 8 like season 4. The episode release just bothers me that much.
Boondocks is a black sitcom centered around a grandfather and his two grandchildren. This show is the epitome of the hood Bible for all black people. It’s like street anime, except it addresses actual problems with cultures stereotypes & etc. There isn’t any realer show than boondocks to me it was just that good. I hope u enjoy it
