Makido Cave : A cave in Okayama Ken with many scenic spots

Makido Cave is located in Niimi city, Okayama Prefecture Japan. It’s a 450 meter long cave mostly flat . It is designated as a Natural Monument of Okayama Prefecture. This cave was discovered by a hunter during Edo period. Its temperature is 16 degrees and it’s warm during winter. In the 90’s a Japanese movie was filmed here . There are many scenic spots inside the cave that makes it look like you’re in a magical and fantasy world.
