I'm Brazilian, I was in Malibu in 2018. I found Avril's house on Google Earth and by coincidence I found myself on the beach right in front of her house. Very happy about this, I have been your fan since 2002 and I could never have imagined this.
I don't get why Kroeger and Lavigne would buy a mansion that big. They are two people in a 6 bedroom house or something like that. Her new mansion is great but not grand, and suits her way better in my opinion. But MOD SUN's home IS AWESOME. I LOVE THE ART EVERYWHERE. It makes it so much more interesting and unique

To be fair... the vids of the homes shown are not when Avril lived there- with Kroger and Mod, they were before her decor. That should be noted. Mod's home is surprisingly NORMAL or rather to be expected. Nice.

A cocooning space with a large sofa in imperial Roman style. After that we can always have an automaton that can serve us by going to look for requested things that will be listed in its GPS software at home or outdoors with the Amazon, Google, Apple tool etc... We can organize it with home automation management as well as outdoor maintenance which will help people There are all the tools available and you just have to choose with AI
