I could be wrong but I have a feeling that Flip called Mel out on how she did her "friend" that came on the pod S dirty with stealing her podcast idea that they were going to do together. She then decided to do it without her and even tried taking the name but couldn't. If you peep she sent a few subs at her not too long ago.

Joe and Flip are neck in neck when it comes to subs so I don't know if firing him is a good strategy he'll just keep getting suspended until then. This was a good observation I'll need to go watch those last minutes of the pod again. I love Mel but I'll always say let's not forget she got some Karen in her and she could pull that card anytime. That will be a huge publicity week for the pod if that happens, but I hope it doesn't. I'm satisfied with the amount of tension that already exists, no more no less of it and I think that's why the pod has been a huge success.
I think Flip might SURPASS Joe which is crazy to even fathom. He’s right though, he CANNOT fire flip. Hell, anyone for that matter. But, in my case, I’d go crazy content wise lmao

I think mel and flip actually have a great friendship, they both go off on each other in funny ways mel is still a women and flip is still sort of immature so it makes sense if she felt a way but that doesnt imply a big "issue" between them

I believe, at the age of 36(my age!!) you should be able to crack jokes with your coworkers without HR being called in. Flip can't do this. He is always extra with Mel --- for whatever reason. I hope her podcast does well so she can bounce and leave Flip to stalk/harass someone else.

@@Ellivation ion think he realize we don’t care about his contract or him pocket watching Joe all the time…he becoming real repetitive…I fuk with him tho…Joe can’t fire him for a couple reasons I believe and one is business integrity..after Rory n mal it wouldn’t be a good look..especially at the end of his contract

Everyone wants to know why he wont fire flip. Im more interested in why he wont fire Mel. Shes as interesting as a piece of paper. She has a body. But her wig bad, her face aint best, and her personality is tragic.
With Flip Joe knows he doesnt wanr any enemy in him. He is uncontrollable and he knows some JBP secrets. I think Joe realized to late he cant control Flip now he stuck with him. Flip knows how to make money and he has relationships Joe cant manipulate.
