I’m confused on one thing. Let’s say the focus of a workout is floaters. Do you just do floaters alone in the workout? Or can you still incorporate everything else?

If we do a workout with the focus for floaters for example, is floaters the only thing that’s worked on in that workout or do you incorporate other things like shooting and other aspects of your game? Because I’m still trying to learn how to create my own workout.

How can you shoot a STEPBACK floater? This workout has nothing to do with floaters
