I appreciate your words once again when it come to fighting within the community. This community is too small and niche for folks to be fighting. Excellent message, I cannot agree more. It's funny that you mentioned testing. There are some people who've had direct contact with people who are positive and they cannot be tested. Manny from Socal Shave is one of these people. Thanks also for the kind words, I really appreciate it. I've had a great deal of fun making videos over the least couple of months and getting to know others in the community. I've found it to be a very good place to focus attention during this corona thing as well.
Love the noble otter soap as well, very good post shave. Your right on the community, it’s just shaving. Leave the egos and politics at the door when you enter the den. Hope I am lucky enough to pick the aluminum up this Friday. Stay safe and have a great shave brother. Greetings from Belgium.
Otter always delivers. Regarding the wash, Kevy said in a video he got it from Kerry of Phoenix and Beau actually, he does it always. Not that it really matters. Anyway, regarding your question on daily shaves, i don't chase bbs, i just want to be clean and tidy. Also, the experience alone is sort of a therapy :)
Came over from the Razor Burn podcast. I hear you about negativity in the shaving community. It's just shaving folks. The Noble Otter soap sounds good, I have yet to try some.
I'm a daily straight shaver and always shoot for BBS. The key for me is to use a very lite touch & close to skin razor angle. BTW: Turtleship Te Java is a royal milk tea with honey & it's a wonderful scent worth trying. Agree whole heartedly on people hoarding supplies. I'm working on a local campaign asking people to pass it forward to local community organizations and the elderly.
I don't do the BBS shave all the time, I've settled on 2 passes and touching up what I need afterwards. Used to do 3 pass and it's not necessary most of the time.
Nice shave bro! Hopefully Andriy can keep those towels stocked. The shave community doesn't realize they need them lol. I usually just shave my routine and if I'm close to bbs I'll stop but if i didn't do a good job, I'll continue to try for bbs.
Great shave Jack! Some great points as well, I try to keep politics out of my videos, and I’m usually able to find common ground with most people. Glad to hear you are close to getting aluminum back in stock, that will make a lot of stir crazy, self isolating people happy.
I don't have time for drama in my shaving hobby or any of my other hobbies for that matter. When I notice someone trying to create negativity I'll avoid them and anything they try to push on social media.

I love my brass Karve so much I’m ordering a SS tomorrow so I can use it before I get the titanium.

Nice shave, your boar brush seems outstanding. I do daily shave but I do not go for BBS.

Just got around to seeing this video, I did send an email about this razor. Thank you for letting me know. 👍🙏
A lovely lather as usual! That brush is one of, if not my favorite too.
I always aim for BBS. Life is too short for DFS.

What is the price point of the titanium karve razor going to be?
I shave everyday and only once or twice a week I go BBS. My skin can’t handle BBS everyday
