WATCH NEXT: Police interview Alex Murdaugh the night his family was killed: ruclips.net/video/WaQbHcwi1IE/видео.html
I want to kno his side of the story
Thank you for the video!
Cop's should be held accountable everytime they mute the mic!
I think it's interesting he had their housekeeper go to the house and clean the morning after the murders.( per her testimony), and she did. The wife of a police officer moved objects and washed clothes before police took photos.
They should have checked for any bruising on Alex shoulders a shotgun expesh. With a buck shot will Bruce you
The entire property should have been a crime scene!! But police SCREWED THIS UP
Na they ended up getting it right 😎✔️
They definitely did. But luckily Paul caught his own killer by sending that Snapchat video
I agrée but at the same time this is a powerhouse family! Not to mention decades on decades of lawyers whom know how to move around the system. The police had to make sure they didn’t botch the case at all otherwise we know that family would have it tossed out ASAP
They always do but because of the boat accident they wouldn’t think it was the father/Husband yeah.
Yet they git hey man
Why was anyone from the family even allowed in the house the night of and days after the murders , it's a possible part of the crime scene, its crazy. Housekeeper shows up next day and cleans and washes clothes , those clothes on bathroom floor should of been bagged for evidence, never heard of such a thing, 2 murders happened its not a burglery.
That alone should say something! This whole case is a flop! I guess ya gotta have money then thing's go the way they're wanted!
That's been on my mind the more and more witnesses that they call. Like today which his friend and law coworker testifying about how even extended family and friends stayed or came and went.
Kim Why are Alex brothers in the house during search?
Wait.. what’s the time frame with Gloria dying and this murder? Is that legit? The house cleaner washed the clothes Alex changed from?
@@lorddieter4415 not Gloria. The housekeeper that replaced Gloria's name is Blanca. And Blanca was there that night. She fed them the meal that was still on their stomachs at autopsy. She testified on either Thursday or Friday.
Why were all those people allowed in that home while they are Trying to collect evidence or look for evidence that’s the sloppiest policework I’ve ever seen
I agree doesn't make any sense why the crime scene and house weren't closed off to everybody who's not an officer etc
because cops aren't very bright.
scared of that family
I mean they have rights
The Jon Benet Ramsey case was mishandled like this as well
You think they would use a metal detector.
It might make it harder. Around residential places like that, there’s all kinds of nails and staples and random bits of metal that make the detectors pop. Unless they can exclude certain metals, but then again, there are different kinds of metal casings.
@@RandomBogey I doubt it'd make it so much harder you couldn't incorporate it's use c'mon I'd rather find every bullet and a bunch of nails than missing a few.
@@YSIDROMAC They only need; in their eyes, to find the empty casings matching the ammo and number of ammo used. I detector would make it more difficult at times so its avoided until absolutely necessary.
Captin America doesn't need no metal detector.
@@RandomBogey They can though metal detectors are advanced the good ones can differentiate by metal and concentration
They aren't even concerned at ALL about WHO did this 😳
Makes me wonder 🤔. Maybe they weren't concerned about it and already had their suspect before it happened...
True. The more the RUclips channels work out details. Of angles of the two tunes and how it all went down it just makes less sense. It had to be 2 gunmen. I think AM left the area after the 8:44 video and that’s when 2 gunmen approached. There was simply not enough time for him to have done all the things they claimed he did and be in the road going to his mothers by 9:04. Not they say he was knocked down by the first shot to Paul. Knocked down backwards onto the ground then took the second shot to Paul. Maggie would have seen coming towards Paul from the sound of the first shot and we are to believe AM jumps up gets a second gun and is moving towards Maggie from the other direction. Not possible. And now they say Maggie ‘s hair was in the ground like he fought with her. So add the fighting into the too tight timeframe. We see AM 54 , over weight and not healthy. He has zero evidence on him that he fell backwards that’s he fought with Maggie. But Maggie had unidentified male DNA under her fingernails. I even thought maybe it was from a male nail tech. But now we know a lady did her nails. The one saying she was getting a divorce. I really don’t believe that either, if Maggie wanted a divorce she would have filed and not gone to stay with AM at mossel. Some say he killed her because the property was all in her name. Maggie & AM did that to protect assets, that was a decision they made together. I know AM is a criminal. He is a lier. But I do not believe he killed Paul or Maggie. No evidence, not enough time. This all had to do with the boat crash. 3 days before court , it had everything to do with that boat crash. And most of the world can’t see it. They can’t stop long enough to look at real evidence. Look at the timeline. They say those type guns were guns they had. Heck I have those type guns. Half that country has those type of guns. They did look into the tracks at the scene m they did not look at the foot prints found. Or test the DNA under Maggie’s nails. AM doesn’t have a scratch or a bruise. He was convinced because he lied about being there. He lied because he realized it was going to look bad, he realized that who did this probably waited for him to drive back to the house. I like true crime. When I was a child I wanted to be an attorney. But God had other plans for my life. I did marry a police lieutenant. I’m not ignorant when it comes to looking at every angle of a crime. AM is going to be in prison for the rest of his life for financial fraud. He really messed up. But he should not go down for 2 murders he didn’t commit. I’m very surprised his attorneys didn’t bring into question all the things that could have proven his innocence of the shooting. But maybe it was agreed he would go down for it case closed. And the real gunmen walk away. Someone will slip up. Or someone will not be able to live with that secret forever. Paul made a lot of people mad at him. AM made enemies too. But pinning a murder on someone is so wrong. God has a way of revealing the truth. I look for that to happen. I am Very sick and up in years. But I hope I live to see the truth come out. Buster , Brooklyn, Maggie’s sister and parents, AM brothers all need for the truth to come out. Anthony Prater I think you are right. AM was going down for it before it was carried out. God bless ! LA
This is a search? They picked up some spent casings and his place looks clean. Unless body cam footage is missing… they gave him plenty of time to clean and hide if he did do it. They tear suspected drug dealers houses apart, literally.
🎯
I agree. Allegedly they never took the drains out to look for evidence. idk smh.
if he gets off the law enforcement agency who lead the investigation should be investigated themselves and held accountable.
@@BrendanR321 It does appear from what I have gleaned from listening to Credible Professionals some steps were not taken by LE. One example they did not go and check Alex Moms house where He Stated He had been on the night in quick to search for possible Evidence. This happened in June but allegedly was not searched until September. I have followed Homicide Trials before but I find this Case being put forward by the Prosecution is weak in My opinion. Yes allegedly the Voice at the Scene puts AM there which blows a big hole in His Alibi. I am still no where near close yet that He did the deed Himself. We dont have Maggie and Alex phones travelling together. Hopefully the Prosecution is saving the best for last. For LE to Charge First Degree Homicide x2 they had to have much more Evidence that supports this Charge. Honestly idk.
@@kellywark5149 yeah they must have more evidence. Hopefully they have a expert witness that can confirm the spent casings were from the exact AR they found using the microstamping on the shells and I heard theres blood splatter and gun powder residue on Alex’s rain coat. I think if the prosecution shows that it’d help in swaying the jury a lot more. That’d convince me if I wasn’t already convinced.
This is the neatest search of a place I have ever seen. No upturned furniture, drawers left open or stuff strewn over the floor.
Uh... They aren't looking for cocaine guns and money, it's a murder scene
@@younotlying not a murder scene, that’s by the kennels. It’s a place he could’ve hid evidence. And you’re right, they’re not looking for drugs they’re looking for something more important, evidence of a double homicide. Also you listed one of the things they were literally looking for
Even left the guns on the wall
@@Twopointzero00
Yeah, so all them guns are on display in the shooting/hunting lodge on the estate? If there's no cameras, is it alarmed?
yup the clothes he was wearing when he shot them are probably still in the house
Wow, bullets were flying all over the place. Besides that I learned that there is at least one smokin' hot cop on the scene.
I caught that, as well😏
It is a hunting lodge
Wow, I’ve never seen a search that involved just picking up shell casings by hand rather than with tweezers, and not even photographing them with numbers beside them. Shouldn’t they also each be bagged separately and then sent off for forensic and fingerprint analysis and even soil analysis?? I’m assuming that all the spent shell casings were found around the bodies, but either way, these cops are walking around picking up casings as though they were picking pennies. Strange 😳
SMH. It’s crazy.
@@Jbryant93 Point taken!! But how often is your yard the location of a murder scene?? 🤷♀️
@@Jbryant93 That all kinda freaks me out if I’m honest 🫣 I’m from Australia, so we rarely if ever see guns here. Bullets found anywhere here would probably make news headlines ☺️
@@Jbryant93 i understand 👍 Guns are not uncommon in the US. But if you had a body dumped in your yard, you would think the police would treat all finds as potential evidence. Who knows if someone was shooting from a distance 🤷♀️ Anyhow, I think he did it only because of the time of the shootings compared to the time of the video being taken with him there. Times were so close together and no movement or activity on their phones kinda indicates when all activity stopped for the victims. I don’t know the motive 🤷♀️ But perhaps there was life insurance on them???
I personally think he didn’t know video was being taken until after the fact, or maybe he thought he could erase it.
Could also be payback from someone owed a heap of money or for the boat death. But it doesn’t make sense to kill both mother n son.
Unless there’s another Bryan Kohlberger hanging out in the south 😳
@WE the JUICY. it’s clear there are not many murders in that small town. Most of us watching could’ve done a better job at a crime scene.
Why are they just wondering around picking up things? If you think he did it, you're sure not behaving that way. This is terrible.
How should they behave lol ? You make no sense , everyone gets a fair trial , you think they should hang him on the spot
They compared the shell casings in the shooting to the shell casings lying around the house and they had the same markings - so the shooting was done with the family guns
And where's their evidence bags for those casings he's picking up.
@@usergodcandy777 well, from the testimony Roro gave, we know this isn’t quite true. They definitely suspected something was up pretty much right away.

I'm fascinated about Murder Forensic Searches, and how they shut down the whole area and go through it with Fine Tooth Comb....Inch by Inch...
.....Oops sorry, wrong video.....
Entitlement.....Money talks
How come they aren't marking the rounds with placards and then photographing them BEFORE picking them up
Over 300 yds from the crime scene. That house should have been properly searched that night to look for evidence and for possible killer. Any clothes or evidence of clean up should have been documented and preserved. There were all kinds of rounds around that main house.
This family of course being hunters for many years there's going to be cartridges laying in the dirt in many diverse places.
They didn’t search his house until the day after? He could have gotten rid of evidence before that. Also, wouldn’t they have left law enforcement in the house/on property if it was a crime scene they still needed to search? Or to protect him? Maybe he didn’t want protection because he knew he did it or who did it and knew he wasn’t in danger?
No, there was a crime scene technician on the scene in the middle of the night. Besides, he had multiple houses.
Could be his cousin
I thought the shootings happened near the dog kennels?
He did not stay at Mosell any more after that
They didn’t have a search warrant! Alex gave them permission to search the house, so it’s on his schedule.
They literally let all his family and friends from the law office hang out in the house immediately after the shooting and the people there said there was pots and pans on the stove with food in them from supper, as well as guns laying on the table in the den that Alex had the cleaning lady put away the next morning. The whole scene of the murder was contaminated.

Maggie & Paul were not good ppl either tho. I saw interview of how Maggie & Paul were the only ones home when housekeeper of 14 plus years fell & was bleeding. Neither one ever went to hospital .. you become the company you keep. 🥺
If you don’t no then personally then your opinion is irrelevant
So far, I think Maggie was killed to silence her and Paul was killed because of the boating accident and Alex' involvement in a cover up or fraud. I think they were taken there by Alex on a false pretense and killed when he said he was asleep on the couch. He drove them there, with a gun knowing he would either shoot them himself; or hired someone to do it when they got there. Possibly he an someone hired both shot. He sacrificed his wife and child in this way; for himself. In the second interview, Alex said "I did him so bad"... to the detectives. That 30 minute nap was most likely the killing time.
Paul killed his mom then himself. They need to get into his issues. Police are bias again st Alex bc of name and rerp
In the prosecutor's opening statement, he said Maggie was swatted which means Alex invited her to the property, and them not long after she arrived, he killed her. There will also be evidence of maggie's friend saying Maggie sent the friend a text telling her about being invited over there and how she did not trust her husband's intention.
Don’t forget the housekeeper

He said he went back to the residence for his gun, right? Why not just go back to the gun lodge instead? Isn’t that closer to the barn?
The deference they showed that monster is so egregious! Only police personnel should have been allowed inside the home during that search, and those officers know they must rule out the spouse. I don’t think they even tried to do that.
More of a stroll really than intentional searching.
Very sus indeed. Let me search. We will comb every inch inside and out.

Can see you're neutral 🤣
Shouldn't they take still photos of those casings, to use later in court if necessary?
Pictures can be taken from the video.
I thought the same thing, and he just holds them in his hands and rubs them all together
Just to be accurate, these casings were found beside the back porch of the house. They were found far away from the murder scene and had nothing to do with the murders. At trial it was noted that the tool marks on those casing did match the Blackout 300 which was used to murder Maggie.
What I'd give to own a property like that with no neighbours and all that land ..how can 1 man destroy so many lives and ruin a legacy his relations built over generations
Be content with what you have. You implied the right question: "What would you give to own a property like that...." That's just it! You don't know what you would give--nor what you would take--to own a property like that. Yet, what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, yet lose his soul?

This officer really needs to adjust his camera onto the magnetic plate.
I'm wondering if Maggie knew about all his troubles coming his way. I think they all did. And with a divorce looming over his head because of it, maybe she was going to testify against him and perhaps Paul took his mother's side too and threatened him as well, saying if he didn't help him get off his boating charges, he would testify against him for all of his fraud. He probably felt betrayed. Buster seems more like a Daddys boy and I have to wonder if he helped his dad with this murder plot in some way.
I dont think buster was even in the same state during that time.
But why shoot them with 2 different weapons?
@Sandra P.. Perhaps to make it seem as if there were 2 shooter's? And even if there were, it will put doubt in the jurors minds. This man comes from a long line of attorneys in his family. He's gonna be the next OJ.

It’s kina weird these guys are searching the house of a monster who was still in charge when this investigation was going on at that time
I can't believe how clustered the house is, it's a cheap looking of a build.
A day later!!! Are you insane?
Why did they take so freaking time to do this ? The system is protecting that criminal.
That's okay the jury will find him guilty on all four counts and he will be sentenced at 9:30 Friday March 3rd
I think hes bought people off under the table or something. Too many sus things. Maybe even more bodies on the 1700 acres for all we know
Were those spent shells the same type used on Paul and Maggie?
Ok, how do you have THAT many guns in the house and feel comfortable...?
It’s actually not a lot of guns. It’s also a hunting property of 1,700 acres. Personally I would want that many guns if there are tons of wild hogs about plus the other wild animals. That’s just me though.
Bad handling of a crime scene. They should be ashamed.
Theyre all in bed together
I think the police being out of uniform may contribute to the casual way they conducted that investigation. Practicing standards shouldn’t be a mere suggestion, professionalism should be required.
Well, it’s clear the family liked to kill things. And the way they treated their hunting dogs tells a lot about them also.
I think Maggie’s sister said she didn’t hunt. Their home looks like a hunting lodge with guns everywhere. I couldn’t sleep with guns like that all over the place.
Ok democrats, those hunting dogs have a five star doglot system, and with guns everywhere is the most safest way to keep a house! Guns don't kill people, people kill people stop infringing on the constitution before you start a war you don't want! Trust me!
I think Alex was alot of things but I don't think he was a killer especially his wife and son, I think this was a revenge killing because of the overkill on both of them and I think it has something to do with Mallorys father since the PI he hired put cameras close to property to watch Paul and then took them down 3 days prior to his murder they didn't bother to check anyone else

Minds are slightly compromised when doin dope/whatever opioid based pills he was eating/insufflating and I'd be real surprised if there wasn't a little crack smoking...I'm not saying he's a crackhead but if you've seen the guys he was buying from not fast Eddie but the cowboy gang or whatever they don't just sell pills which I'm going out on a limb on this is not citable except their music video keyword cowboy gang murdaugh
Based on trial evidence, it seems that Mr. Murdaugh got much of what he had by inheritance from his family and by deceit of others. How does that add up to his being "so blessed"? If I were God, I would sue you for implicating me in this greed implosion.
@@TheUnderCoverMother2020 he's going to need it ,let's be honest.
Alex Murdaugh did not deserve his family or home or anything. He deserves where he is at.
I don't trust men who wear captain America shirts from Walmart
Oh come on.
Why do they have people congregating at a crime scene… like there was just nowhere else they could’ve been while the crime scene was being processed.
Theyre all in bed together.
Some good police work here, I sincerely hope they dismantled the showers and swabbed the drains for blood and tissue. He would find it hard to explain his sons brain tissue down the drain, when he claims not to have had a shower.
The one cop staring at the bullet casings looks like his first day clueless looking
Has anyone addressed the fact that , with people this wealthy and this big , why are there no cameras on that property ? Wouldn't there be tons of cameras to see who's coming and going on all that land ?
I’ll never trust anyone with that many weapons. They have a kids mindset
LOL so ignorant. You say that about someone who collects start wars figures or has 20 cars?
@@rochelle2269 tf you talking about child?
Lol !, oh goodness not guns at a personal hunting lodge ! Please nothing wrong with owning a lot of guns
Herpaderpadoooo. Someday, you’ll have a hobby besides what moms internet service provides.
Did they have a Search Warranty??, seems like a setup.
Look how much gun these people have . Who they are planning to war with?
Where his brothers the ones who were saying he couldn’t possibly do this.
Well, Alex is the same guy who hired his cousin to shoot him in the head, but the cousin missed and shot him in the shoulder. That was another insurance scam he was trying to pull off.
I think this police force and SLED should be investigated
He invited everyone to intentionally contaminate the crime scene.
The old casing can be compare with the new one, it was similar as using during the murder.
Incredible this detective saw this casings in the grass and dirt like that. Just impressive
I don’t find those casings to be a problem at all
@@patriciablue2739 They have to check dont they?
This doesn’t really show anything
How did I miss this? Thought I saw everything.
They screwed this whole case up
The police department if you can call them that, has to be ashamed. 😆 They thought AM thru the spents at the steps after he killed his family, not to mention they are old and tarnished. Now I see why he got away with stealing, and all the people that have expired around him and his family.
He had the entire police department in his back pocket.
That's all they did when they searched the home? That's not a search. This house is on 1700 acres. he could have hidden those guns and bloody clothes anywhere.
Yeppers, he could've even hidden their bodies and not have called 911 if he indeed murdered them.
That house is gorgeous on the outside but inside it's still 1975.
This is the hunting cabin, not his home
It's not a house. It's a hunting lodge.
I wish it was 1975 , such better times back then , I wish it was still early 1900s
Where is the house then?
@@samum5856 On the other side of the property. 1700 acres is a very large amount of land. I lived on 12 acres and my driveway was 1/4 mile long.
Utterly terrible policing lien this entire trial.
Did they even bother to search the crawl space under the structure there? Hint hint might wanna try looking in those kinda places 🙄
Right! I've been laughing at all the people's comments like the state didn't bring a murder weapon... The state didn't even search for the murder weapon let alone bring it to court.
I think theyre intentionally incompetent. Too much evil happening i start getting sus of that. Everyone in the case seems to know somone who knows everyone.
Alex is an absolute gangster. I genuinely think he might pull this off.
Nope. He won't.
I think so if they keep the financial part out of it
@@KOOLGREENS He is boned now.
@@makeupchick9544 I think he will. SLED is screwing this case up.
@@markzylstra2947 Yeah, they are screwing this case by providing stacks upon stacks of solid evidence. Screwing up so bad the Murdaugh trolls are going to have to get real jobs. Sad.
