True. The more the RUclips channels work out details. Of angles of the two tunes and how it all went down it just makes less sense. It had to be 2 gunmen. I think AM left the area after the 8:44 video and that’s when 2 gunmen approached. There was simply not enough time for him to have done all the things they claimed he did and be in the road going to his mothers by 9:04. Not they say he was knocked down by the first shot to Paul. Knocked down backwards onto the ground then took the second shot to Paul. Maggie would have seen coming towards Paul from the sound of the first shot and we are to believe AM jumps up gets a second gun and is moving towards Maggie from the other direction. Not possible. And now they say Maggie ‘s hair was in the ground like he fought with her. So add the fighting into the too tight timeframe. We see AM 54 , over weight and not healthy. He has zero evidence on him that he fell backwards that’s he fought with Maggie. But Maggie had unidentified male DNA under her fingernails. I even thought maybe it was from a male nail tech. But now we know a lady did her nails. The one saying she was getting a divorce. I really don’t believe that either, if Maggie wanted a divorce she would have filed and not gone to stay with AM at mossel. Some say he killed her because the property was all in her name. Maggie & AM did that to protect assets, that was a decision they made together. I know AM is a criminal. He is a lier. But I do not believe he killed Paul or Maggie. No evidence, not enough time. This all had to do with the boat crash. 3 days before court , it had everything to do with that boat crash. And most of the world can’t see it. They can’t stop long enough to look at real evidence. Look at the timeline. They say those type guns were guns they had. Heck I have those type guns. Half that country has those type of guns. They did look into the tracks at the scene m they did not look at the foot prints found. Or test the DNA under Maggie’s nails. AM doesn’t have a scratch or a bruise. He was convinced because he lied about being there. He lied because he realized it was going to look bad, he realized that who did this probably waited for him to drive back to the house. I like true crime. When I was a child I wanted to be an attorney. But God had other plans for my life. I did marry a police lieutenant. I’m not ignorant when it comes to looking at every angle of a crime. AM is going to be in prison for the rest of his life for financial fraud. He really messed up. But he should not go down for 2 murders he didn’t commit. I’m very surprised his attorneys didn’t bring into question all the things that could have proven his innocence of the shooting. But maybe it was agreed he would go down for it case closed. And the real gunmen walk away. Someone will slip up. Or someone will not be able to live with that secret forever. Paul made a lot of people mad at him. AM made enemies too. But pinning a murder on someone is so wrong. God has a way of revealing the truth. I look for that to happen. I am Very sick and up in years. But I hope I live to see the truth come out. Buster , Brooklyn, Maggie’s sister and parents, AM brothers all need for the truth to come out. Anthony Prater I think you are right. AM was going down for it before it was carried out. God bless ! LA

@@BrendanR321 It does appear from what I have gleaned from listening to Credible Professionals some steps were not taken by LE. One example they did not go and check Alex Moms house where He Stated He had been on the night in quick to search for possible Evidence. This happened in June but allegedly was not searched until September. I have followed Homicide Trials before but I find this Case being put forward by the Prosecution is weak in My opinion. Yes allegedly the Voice at the Scene puts AM there which blows a big hole in His Alibi. I am still no where near close yet that He did the deed Himself. We dont have Maggie and Alex phones travelling together. Hopefully the Prosecution is saving the best for last. For LE to Charge First Degree Homicide x2 they had to have much more Evidence that supports this Charge. Honestly idk.

So far, I think Maggie was killed to silence her and Paul was killed because of the boating accident and Alex' involvement in a cover up or fraud. I think they were taken there by Alex on a false pretense and killed when he said he was asleep on the couch. He drove them there, with a gun knowing he would either shoot them himself; or hired someone to do it when they got there. Possibly he an someone hired both shot. He sacrificed his wife and child in this way; for himself. In the second interview, Alex said "I did him so bad"... to the detectives. That 30 minute nap was most likely the killing time.
