45 pounds in a year and a half? I've spent many years in a weight room working out with people on and off steroids. 45 pounds of muscle gain couldn't be done naturally in 5 years.

@@michaelholt8590 Yeah, due to education and 20+years in SOF, do your research, if you stick to a carnivore diet, and only water you can achieve 5 lbs. of muscle a year. It is called discipline and routine. Don't believe me? then do some actual research instead of using your personal views, cause I guarantee you do not workout with the same guys I have during my career in SOF! Just because you're undisciplined enough or have not personally seen it does not mean it does not exist!

Yes, but this is a child turning into a man. I know one kid who grew 8" in height over a summer and fall. How the Pitituary emmemits HGG and IGF1 is not always predictable.
