Been trying to sign up on Roku for awhile, but all it ever does is ask me for a password that I don't have and never set. Tried to figure out who to contact to get help, but nothing leads to anyone. Would love to sign up if someone could explain how.
Hi Dustin. The signup system uses Roku Pay. You can select a video, then on each video's screen there are two buttons. Choose either the Monthly or Yearly Subscription. This brings up the Roku Pay System. You then enter your Roku PIN to confirm. This adds the channel to your Roku account. The Roku PIN is something you would have created when setting up your Roku account. Go to Roku.com and sign in to your account. You should be able to login into your Roku account and create a new PIN if you can't find yours. Roku is designed to let you add channels to your account using your PIN and CC on file. I hope this helps you! It's easy to forget your Roku account setup, especially if you set your up a while ago!
@@PolkaMusicNetwork I have already added the channel, but when I turn it on, it never even gives me an option to choose a video or choose a subscription. I see the Polka Music Network loading screen, and then it automatically cuts to a screen where I am supposed to put in a password. I've tried my Roku password, it doesn't work. It does this on both my Roku devices.

Can you uninstall the channel and install it again? It should not be operating in this manner. I'll dig in a bit on my end as well.
@@dustinplays6718 Dustin, I just tried this on 3 of our Rokus, trying to re-create your issue. Uninstalled the channel, installed it again and there is no "password" message after loading screen. Are you using an older model Roku device?
Dustin, we owe you a Starbucks gift card! On the 4th Roku device I was able to find the issue and fix it for good! Thank you so very much for pointing this out! You should now be able to launch the channel without entering a password! Thank you! Please let us know if it works for you now.
