Test drove it and really like the new steering wheel setup and support the gear shifting via touch screen. The suspension is way better and road noise is significantly reduced. Overall the build quality improved.
I’m hearing the suspension and overall ride quality is much better, as you said. I just hope the lack of stalks doesn’t bother me too much. I’m going to test drive one soon, and then wait and see what the performance variant looks like later in the year.
Its an awsome car to drive! Ive done 7500 miles in the new model 3 and its such a mature car, still tho there are some difficulties: because the lack of sensors (now camera's) the windshield wipers take ages to go on when on automatic modes, fanthom breaking is a real thing and some times it doenst unlock while you stand next to it. But in a driving way i love it, its a comfortable car, quite and mature. I think its wel worth the money.
@@LazyBoyA1 if you're maneuvering on a S curve sometimes in the middle you have to signaling to where you're going and your wheel is upside down. The stalk for being stationary is perfect for fast reaction when correcting maneuvers

Hi Brandon So after long consideration I placed my order for the M3 LR I went for a test drive today and the car was quiet, comfortable. It is very fast. I don't need a performance, I never go to the track, l don't drive more than 75 on Freeway, 50 on city streets and I don't want to worry about driving over potholes and ruining my rims and LR has better range. Glad I'm officially part of Tesla family. Aaron
Man that's better than my brand new Toyota, dealers are out 3 weeks on even oil changes and unlike the Tesla drive units my Corolla actually does need oil changes more often then every 5 years.
I really wanna know how the swipe gear changing does compared to stalks or buttons, My current car has buttons and i wanna see if i should stick with a almost new pre-refresh which i have driven and liked or go ahead for a brand new one

What I dont understand about these reviews are the comments about ambient lighting and other gimmicks. If that's really how you decide to biy your car then you have way more money than sense - especially that the resale values of Tesla cars are one of the worst (in the UK, bot sure about the US)
