Jobro Polnareff is literally the definition of when you unlock the boss as playable character.
Araki had to nerf him since the beginning so he wouldn't defeat all the enemies along the crusade. But even with that he still one of the most powerful stands.

honestly, I feel sorry for Chariot. It's one of the only Stands in the entire series that feels like it's separate from the user (its face can show expression somehow despite the helmet, and frequently does, unlike things like Star Platinum, who are emotionless) and then it gets turned into an eldritch demon that not only swaps everyone's souls and makes their Stands attack them, but it also passively causes everyone to mutate into other eldritch abominations
and then it dies

Star Platinum shows emotions sometimes, likes when punching Alessi, mostly at the Part 3 start in the manga. All Stand with auto-preservation have some kind of emotion, but don't share it that much.
We can tell both Silver Chariot and Star Platinum LOVE violence tho.

I like how he instantly uses it again in the same video. He uses this three times and his rapier snipe twice. Both are last resort moves. One leaves him vulnerable and the other leaves him defenseless, so he could hardly use either.

The way they first introduced silver chariot was awesome. Coming out of the broth with that awesome music was real great.

Star finger never been use again ..
The ability isn't forgotten, he uses it against Hol Horse, and it's perfectly logical as to why Pol doesn't use it often. Pol is a very cavalier and proud fighter, and he's not one to pull out all the stops on an opponent immediately (he does so against Emperor's bullet because he wants Hol out of the way as soon as possible so he can get info on where his target is). Pol is a fan of a sporting bout, and notably commends enemies who face him directly (Chaka, Alessi, Devo), and despises opponents who fight by proxy (Cameo). Polnareff also has a habit of not taking an enemy completely serious from the beginning, which is another reason he wouldn't just go for all of his moves immediately. Finally, this is the same guy who straight up forgets to summon his Stand to defend himself from zombie Sherry and Avdol, so it's only natural that Pol would forget.
@@saharudin3159 Star Finger was used twice (three times in the anime), and Araki hand waved it away with the explanation that Jotaro focused energy into his Stand's fingers while immobilized. Stands are malleable to an extent, and the only time Jotaro has ever used it is when he's unable to make any other moves. Even during his fight with Rubber Soul, he had enough slack to "run away". The anime's usage of it is odd, however.

@@saharudin3159 Because there's very few opportunities for him to do so in the fights he's in, and not every situation presented can be solved with those methods. As I said, Star Finger already has an explanation that bars it from being used in most circumstances, and extending his range with weapons or projectiles would be good in principle, but not always useful. There aren't as many fights where that would be a better course of action than what he already did. Even in situations where he does throw objects at his opponents, it doesn't even always work.
