I have seen your video.. the TDS value in my house is nearly 3500ppm and I'm using Bosch brand dishwasher for nearly 10 months. Things I learnt after using the dishwasher.... 1. TDS atigama irunta dishwasher damage airum white stains form agum it's all an absolute lie..... Water even a reach aga mudiyama irunta mattum ta u will face tat issue proper a arrange pannita it will be solved no white patches even if u have high TDS. 2. Normal washing machine tap iruntha pothum we can use it for water inlet connection ( extra adapter will be available with tap itself -Watertec brand tap roughly around 400 rupees). 3. Not suitable for Indian vessels ellam summa solranga... Knjm yosichu vessels a segregate panni arrange panna easy a arange pannikalam all types of Indian vessels. 4. Water neraya waste agum current atigama ilukum.... Not at all Minimum 8 to 9 litres current per day 1 unit.... Compared to traditional washing methods. 5. Aluminium vessels use panna kudathu it will start eroding... Mostly ipo lam yarum use panrathu ila.... 6.Always go for higher place settings mine is 14 place settings so that u can arrange more vessels and bigger vessels too. 7. Cutlery box nu onu kuduthu irupanga ata machine la vaikama irunta u can add extra 3 to 4 bowls for washing.... So spoons ellam top rack la place panniralam it won't fall down... 8. Enaku TDS atigam a irukira reason nala Im changing salt once in 20 days but company promised me tat 1 kg salt will come for 45 to 50 days if TDS is less tis is the only drawback I'm seeing from my side... Rinse aid per month half litre and washing powder 1kg which is common for all dishwasher users. 9. If ur using washing machine with higher TDS and haven't faced any pblm till date (More than 5 yrs same washing machine) then u can buy a dishwasher. Rate atigama than irukum because 100 families la only 8 to 9 families prefer for it.... Once ellarum purchase panna aramichuta it will become less (ipo epdi washing machine, tv , fridge ilata veedu romba rare like tat). My opnion is that even company says it will support tds upto 1000 ,you put one softner or RO to reduce it.Then buy.Do not buy any dishwasher for your house without reducing tds.

Am also using same LG dishwasher. It will resume from the previous time. For us they said check the tds and if it is low then it be good for washing use all in one tablets that's enough. Am using from August 2022 i like this very much. All dishwasher racks can not be folded down especially Bosch. This is very useful to our utensils. I dont feel steam is very useful. Auto resume is there after the power cut.
I purchased ifb 14 place settings last year..we checked tds before buying as the sales man adviced..it was around 700..they said no need of softener..but I faced many issues...vessels had white patches after washing and washing quality was not good..then we installed softener..it was around 6000 rs ..u pls call ur RO water filter people..they will guide you..but it also need one boring task...that softener should be cleaned with rock salt water for every,10 days😔 My machine had multiple issues and they replaced with advance one after 2 months..I too purchased ifb seeing the separate cutlery tray. My personal advice is dishwasher relieve the dependence of maid issues..but it requires pre hand wash process..we should be mentally ready to that 😊better go for 14 places..small one will not be sufficient I think you are planning softener for the whole house..thts why it cost near 1 lakh
In my home TDS is 3200,instead of using bore water use rain water stored in over head tank. 1000 litre is enough for one dish washer. Separate connection to dishwasher it will save detergent and salt. Dishwasher life will also increase. Buy Bosh dishwasher or any brand and put separate tank connection from rain harvest over head tank. During rainy season I am connecting that out to ros filter it taste so good and ros life also increases. Spend money for over head tank for rain harvest and connect it to dishwasher and ro filter its Tds is only 20 no need of salt. Dish washer life will be more. My dishwasher Midea also made white stains on dish after connecting to bore water. With my above idea I'm using dishwasher for two years in my home. Use Fortune brands for dishwasher it is cheap and best available in Amazon finish is so costly.
Today went to bosch showroom trichy to get a dishwasher for our new home. The person first told us to check the TDS in water level as the device is too sensitive to hard water. He told to check or give water sample. If its below 700 they do with the shipping process otherwise dont invest in dishwasher nu sonnanga. What you said is correct. Don't place your dishwasher near refrigerator. I am also using dishwasher for past 6 months dishwasher should be kept with air circulation when dishwasher starts to work it get high temperature in backside. So you must keep your dishwasher with air circulation. TDS checking is very must I am in Dharmapuri I went to shop to see about dishwasher BOSch 13 place setting. They told first we have to check your water level TDS we are using both bore water and corporation water we are getting Kaveri water in corporation water. Till now I am using Kaveri water to wash. In my experience finish product is not up to the mark. Fortune is very nice. Dishwasher service man told it's leads to damage the products soon. So better use all utensils with water softener.

Bosch is the best. I am using for the last 4 years. You can use the salt for the TDS and the water softening is done by the machine.
