Schindler 400A Traction Elevator @ 909 Walnut Garage - Kansas City, MO

(3-17-18) Here is something I did not expect to see here. This is a nice Schindler elevator. It is also the first 400A I have been on with normal HT buttons.

I don't really care for the HT buttons but I do like the 400A model. They seem to run pretty well.

That's an older 400A (c. 2003-2006), because of the Schindler logo on the floor indicator. Schindler HT elevators (330A & 400A) installed in late 2006 onward don't have that Schindler logo on the floor indicator (or service cabinets on the Vandal Resistant varieties).

Sounds like a 5400 MRL, this one has pre-start where the VF drive turns on when the doors start closing

The buttons on 400a panels are way easier to press than 330a panels
