Decent speech on face value, he hasn't overtly embarrassed anyone, but its a shame he was a party to the silent coup that murdered Irish democracy & reinstated Cumann na nGaedheal the British created Irish Free State's one party dictatorship that he reformed with pervert boyfriend Leo.
So much to be proud of, backsliding a fledgling republic into the British Commonwealth.
But yea, pretty noise, written for him by MI5.

What did he say that was wrong eh ?
You pair need to put down the bottle & re-jig your memory- every country has their problems but overall he is a good person - 3 yrs of covid & helped more business out with free handouts to keep people going - you don’t know how lucky this country has it - who do you propose to run the country ? Let me guess Sinn-Fein ? We shall see how good do when next elections start - your deluded if you think they will do a better job - & if you don’t like the way our Island is run by good people- run along over to Russia- see how you all do over there ! One thing for sure at least we have politicians here who are not DICTATORS!
Shame on you & the negative comments here are disgraceful- he did addressed & presented our country well .

Another thing to add to your Toxic comments- MOVE ON & STOP LIVING IN THE PAST - We have great people great country who look out for each other & yes Ireland 🇮🇪 has changed dramatically- we are all trying to do our best - Be kind for gods sake - each year none of us know what’s ahead of us - life is so short - be grateful for what we have . I look at some other countries & my god it’s all just so sad - the horrific barbaric things they have to endure.

Toxic comments, move on & stop living in the past.
Thats your response to them murdering democracy on behalf of the British commonwealth & backsliding the "Republic" into British colony status as tho we are some kinda ignorant savages ?
We live in Western Europe the least horrific or barbaric part of the planet & for the first time since Jesus was nailed to a cross, this past 20 years we have been approaching parity with our continental neighbours but you are demanding we move on to the past n accept the political status that was forced upon us 120 years ago when Irish democracy was ignored by London when they refused to implement Home Rule.
You are despicable, verminous, the enemy within.

Thank you for condemning Russia's use of a veto to block a measure co-sponsored by Ireland and Niger to enhance UN efforts to combat insecurity caused by climate change. As you said "113 countries - 113 of the members of this assembly - supported us [Ireland] in our efforts. One country - Russia - vetoed these efforts."

Ireland is an ally of the USA's & even provided facilities for them to refuel their air craft in transit during the Iraq War. Also USA played a huge roll in the Northern Irish Peace Process & their corporations have been investing heavily in Ireland since the mid 90s which created the Celtic Tiger economy & the greatest period of peace & prosperity in the history of this island, so why would or should the elected leader of the Irish People ,who are very fond of our family in America, criticise the USA or their elected representatives on matters that don't involve us ?
The Taoiseach isn't the Pope, he isn't Gods voice on earth, he is the political voice of the Irish People, nothing more or less.
      Quit being ignorant, stoopid.

    There's only one answer.
Disband the UN and reform without a vote, and reform with peace, health and prosperity being the governing ideals, with only countries that can prove a track record of upholding those ideals, without falling prey to gaslighting.
We need (worldwide) politicians to be judged on their personal voting records.
It would be fairly easy for programmers to develop a system which can determine whether votes were cast for the benefit of their countries or for personal gain.
We need to be able to hold our politicians to account for their constant lies, when they say they'll vote (i.e.) against dumping sewage in rivers, only to vote in favour of big business and a directorship down the line.
We are at a precipice of history and we are also in the only point in history when it's been possible to make such advancements in illuminating the deeds of those we are often tricked into choosing to lead us through insipid media campaigns and blinkered perspectives from which to garner the truth.
We need the world to act as one and scour the curse of corruption from restricting growth for any but the privileged before the masses violently refuse to take the effluence being shovelled down our collective throats.

    • @veronicadredd22

Taoiseach translates to Chief, it's the equivalent of a Prime Minister/head of Government, in Ireland has. a president its not an executive position

    • @L.J.Kommer

Taoseich is an elective head of state. Their President is someone else and while I don't know what he does, he goes everywhere with a couple bigass dogs, so he's cool in my book.

He's a Prime Minister. We also have a President. The President is technically head of state, but he doesn't really do much, it's more of a ceremonial position. The Taoiseach/Prime Minister is a more direct representative of the Irish Government.
