I used to take a VCR, and record his music on Saga Frontier 2 when I was a kid. To think I'd be on RUclips as an adult, still listening to him in this age, with an amazing singer.
I feel like this song is like a musical statement for Imeruat, almost like they're saying "this is how we want to make you feel, this is what we want to make" And it's so gorgeous ❤️
Truly Beautiful...I cried...reminded me of the good days where I used to play FF XIII trilogy. Love the Lightning's theme violin part incorporated in it along with what seems to be images that are vaguely similar to Oerba Village Proper. Can't help but imagine this song through Vanille's (or Fang's) perspective.😊
Just in case you didn't know, Mina laid down some vocals for a couple of Final Fantasy XIII tracks. Some of the songs on Black Ocean have the same kind of sound as FFXIII did.
I know I'm replying to a 4 year old comment, but I just thought to say that I share the same sentiment. Hamauzu has a huge library behind him and they all don't simply get enough attention. He's done so much in the field of music, and IMERUAT is a testament to that. He's even arranged a track from "Symphonic Odysseys TRIBUTE TO NOBUO UEMATSU" - being the Ending Theme from FFX.
Thank god for my Japanese Literature class in university. We were studying about the Ainu, and my Sensei showed us this beautiful song showing the beauty of the Ainu people. Instantly subscribed. I love this song, and the artist. Many people hated on the Ainu, but I feel this artist looks absolutely beautiful, along with having an amazing voice and talent. As well as her people (the Ainu) and their culture
still the best ff composer

I finally found her. The voice behind the songs I love.
Mina Sakai
@@budakbaongsiah yes.
@@budakbaongsiah listening to their music I can hear so much of FF 13/13-2 in it.
I can feel the eternity

Such an amazing series. Still waiting on the 13 trilogy remake 😞
I want something like this to be an area theme for the next final fantasy
Mother of god. Masashi Hamauzu with an amazing vocalist. My life is now complete.
Deep memory

Cried hard.
Is really cool as Mina sings in English, every last word almost sounds a little bit like German.
Reminds me of "Academia" from FFXIII-2. Beautiful.
Sorry for 7 years late reply but yes I agree
@@Decitsu Sorry for 7 months late reply but they're literally written by the same composer :D
Sure would be nice if this was on Apple Music

Muse/collaborator :)
That's seriously one of the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
The music is composed by FFXIII's composer Masashi Hamauzu.
This is what I believe you see and hear before dying. Beautiful and peaceful. This legit made me cry. Straight from the heart.
Even the opening of this song is heavenly with the violin's this is so special in heart ♥️ soul and mind thank you

Saw this performed twice with VGO at ACEN, it was awesome!
Reviving a long dead comment but I was also at that same ACEN! Good times! It was an awesome performance!

IMERUAT達はまたのPVがつくりますか?お楽しみに待ってます(o*´∇`)o
Oh wait, was she traveling in France during this video? I'm recognizing some places, and the random writtings are in this language too.
夏に白老に行ってきました。ちょっとびっくりしました。
I wonder if Masashi Hamauzu is still around other than Sony Alpha Clock.
He is!
