When they do the octaves, scales, and runs with their voices, it's amazing! Not only do they sing great, they are great role models. I have listened to them for years. And somehow, your Christian teaching manage to STILL bring you to critique of them. Your response has more similarities to Wendy's than to that of the Clarks. Please reexamine WHY you'd feel compelled to do that, because that 'Inappropriate Behavior'.
Corlena James1, The Clark Sisters already know their value and legacy. We can't let pride cause us to lose our light in this world of darkness. The things that some of the gospel community said are worse than Wendy's remark. They resorted to name calling. It's best to overlook Wendy and pray for her salvation. That show is not something Christians should watch or be concerned with.
And yes, we should forgive although we were wronged. There's a blessing in forgiveness. Joyce Meyer has a teaching entitled "Burnt, but not bitter" that's helpful for those who want to be free from the bondage of unforgiveness. ❤

You Clark Sisters make me proud. I'm privileged to have spoken to Mrs. Karen Clark Sheard before her husband was National Bishop. She was gracious and patient with me at that time and I still love her today for her song that turned me around and brought deliverance in my life (Just For Me).

Same here!! I absolutely love The Clark Sisters and grew up with them as well. I watch Karen Clark Sheard DVD "Finally Karen", on RUclips at least twice a week. The entire DVD produced by Donald Lawrence. She was singing her face off with the Tri-City Singers backing her. I absolutely love Karen. I hate to say that she's my favorite because I love ALL of them...but she is so Meek and mild and humble. You can't help but to love her. My dream is to go to Detroit and attend GEICOGIC. I want to meet Bishop Sheard and the first lady of COGIC so bad! For years that has been on my agenda.
