@@Bloxtun001 Recently, the UI of the website has been changed. When you reach to downloadcenter.intel.com, click graphics. Then type your processor name in search bar and hit enter.

As some users have faced BSOD this can be fixed or we can say windows automatically fixes by uninstalling the corrupt unsupported driver. You should install 3rd generation driver
My pc was saying the best driver is installed on every single one but when i downloaded driver booster i found out that all my drivers is from 2013
In some cases, though your graphics driver is released long ago it might be the latest one (if not latest then the stable one which might be still capable for your GPU). You can look at the manufacturer (Intel) site to verify rather then device manager

It can be some issues in graphics driver.. You need to reinstall the driver again... make sure you have downloaded the setup of latest graphics driver.. then download the software called DDU uninstaller (display driver uninstaller).. now disable WIFI/ethernet...then boot the computer in safe mode..(type msconfig in run and in boot tab check the safe boot.. hit apply and ok then restart you pc.. now you will be booted to safe mode.. then open DDU uninstaller and then in select device type (look around right between side).. make sure GPU is selected.. now DDU will automatically detect intel hd graphics.. at the mean time in safe mode.. type msconfig in run and in boot tab uncheck the safe boot (as we don't want too boot in safe mode again)..now in DDU click clean and restart... now after restart.. run the setup of graphics driver directly (no need to go to device manager.. just run setup from extracted folder)..now install the driver.. [make sure WIFI/ethernet is turned off till entire process as I have mentioned before too ] now after the driver installation completes.. restart you pc .
---- Now it should be all fine if not it's game issue (reinstall the game)

I successfully installed the graphics driver but different version shown in dxdiag and intel graphics and support than what I installed.
Version in the installer is different from graphics driver version.

@@kennethfuentes8311 For eg; the name of setup file for 5th gen driver is win64_15.40.5171 but it installs the graphics driver of version 20.19 . You can clearly differentiate between installer version(15.40) and driver version (20.19)
What happen to me is I successfully installed intel HD graphics 4000 version 15.33.53.5161 but when I check dxdiag ans intel graphics and support it show intel HD graphics familly version 10.18.10.5161.

You can uninstall existing driver if possible use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). Then try to install new drivers. Also you can download the driver from manufacturer site.

Yeah, you have to now log in to access the filter. Try to type the actual password rather than copying it. If you are trying to copy hidden password with ***** sign it gives error.

@@arafatishtiak8449 Have you uninstalled current driver from Device Manager? There must be Microsoft Basic Display Adapter under Display Adapters in device manager. After doing all this if you are getting same problem, then it probably means you have downloaded uncompatible driver.
