This is the second one ive seen where they find a baby, only one has fallen out of a tree though so far.
in Vietnam unfortunately this happens all the time. There are children wandering all over the place. Their orphaned or parents can 't afford to care for them. There are adults here in the United States who this has happened to and have gone back to find their roots. It is a very poor country outside of the cities.

There are no orphanages in our countryside

It's not obvious WHERE the children are coming from (maybe poor parents sell them), but when you look at the living situation and the family you understand why they are following a script. If the children are looked after properly, they can grow well, however dishonest the script is.
