What an adventure, Iain mentioned the CWT he did with you when we were staying up at Forestway’s and whilst suffering from a bout of Covid I decided to occupy myself by taking a gander. Absolutely loved every single second, start to finish. I had no idea just what an epic commitment it is. As always I respected your open and honest documentary.. and I particularly enjoyed the humorous moments. Btw much prefer Iain with a beard…just sayin😂 While staying in Bearnaise Bothy we bumped into a New Zealand girl, as well as doing the CWT she was taking in the Munro’s along the way also, we knew she wasn’t talking BS as we’d bumped into her up the Cheesecake Munro earlier in the day….. now that’s hard core.

@@marellacoyle6999 I can imagine it being similar to the Cape Wrath area itself.
Congratulations 🏆 🍻. A great series of vlogs. Much appreciated you taking the 5ine and carrying the extra weight to bring this to RUclips for us.
THANKS!!
💪 👏
Thanks Gavin, I can honestly say it was a pleasure to film and edit these to share, plus the memories captured on film too. 🏕 👣 😁
Well done Big yin, been another cracking watch, great achievement and effort by you both. 💪💪💪🥃
Cheers Neil. 😁 Thanks for chipping in with a comment too. 👍🏻
What a great series and fantastic achievement, really enjoyed watching over the past few weeks seeing the highs and lows of your journey through some amazing country.....
Well done to the both of you.....
Thank you Jon, looking back it was a fantastic experience. Definitely would like to do something like that again. 😁
Cracking achievement you Two ! What an amazing place it is up there in that corner… Soooo remote, but what about those Views 👍👍 Thanks for putting it all together Robin and uploading. You got some great memories there to look back on 🏆
Cheers mate, definitely a great collection to watch back on. 😁
Btw much prefer Iain with a beard…just sayin😂
While staying in Bearnaise Bothy we bumped into a New Zealand girl, as well as doing the CWT she was taking in the Munro’s along the way also, we knew she wasn’t talking BS as we’d bumped into her up the Cheesecake Munro earlier in the day….. now that’s hard core.
Cheers Tim, reflecting back on this. I loved every minute of it, even the last couple of days where I was getting fed up of it 🤣
To bag the Munros too, is mental. Bernais is an amazing bothy.
Well done Robin & Ian great effort and enjoyed your CWT series. Cheers, Charlie.
Cheers Chaz. 👍🏻 😎
Well done to both of you.Great achievement and has been great watching your progress in the videos.😃👏👏
Cheers Andy. 😁 👍🏻
Big congrats to you both Robin, an epic achievement! Must have been a great feeling to be back home and sleeping in a comfy bed after all that! Brilliant series, cheers for taking us on the journey!
Cheers Kris and for watching the series and dropping into the premieres too. 😁
Well done to you and Ian, really enjoyable video's
Thanks James. 😎👍🏻
You know what mate that was really good, thank you for sharing x
Thanks Andy. I appreciate it mate. 👍🏻 😁
Well done 👍. Fantastic 👏
Cheers buddy. 😁 👍🏻
@ 26:12 try no look too happy Robin ha ha! Well done big man what a trek you and Ian done could see as you mentioned before all they miles were catching up a wee bit and nae wonder many would have chucked well before the end! Big thumbs mate you two really pushed it on this one 🍺👏👍
Haha, I think it was still to sink in mate, feeling a bit numb after years of wanting to do it and finally got there. 😁 👣
@@WalkWithWallace Know what you mean Robin when all calmed down you must have been on cloud nine! Well what next? Any big plans that could top that?
@@MUNROSnCORBETTS definitely mate and I was still smiling yesterday watching this back on the premiere. Not sure how you top that, it's the mecca of Scottish trails. Will just stick to the Munros and Corbetts with Kev. 😁
@@WalkWithWallace Robin if you dont mind mate could you tell me the name of the music @ 3:46? Pretty catchy :)
@@MUNROSnCORBETTS I don't mind at all, it's on the RUclips audio library. But it's on my laptop, next time I fire up I'll give you a shout as I can't remember the name of the song.
Brilliant Guys and congratulations.
Cheers Malcolm. 😎👍🏻
Well done mate... Great effort.
Cheers Martyn. 😁 👍🏻
An excellent finale to this series which has captured the ups and downs of a long distance backpack superbly 👍 Not sure how you follow that but hope you do produce something similar in the future. Congratulations to both of you on completing 👍
Cheers Graham, it was a joy to produce even when the chips were down a bit. I hope to do some more long distance stuff, but it will be back to the overnighters/weekend mountain backpacking trips for now as my annual leave has been depleted. 😬
A bloody good walk and video. I hope you had a few good pints after it.
Thanks John. Got home first then enjoyed a few gins with the missus, as I missed her loads. ☺️
Well done, it was great to watch the whole series. It really makes me want to do something similar some day!
Thanks James and I'd definitely recommend the CWT or trying a long distance hike. 👍🏻
well done . all the best and thanks for sharing
Thanks John. 😁 👍🏻
Great stuff well done to both of you on completing it, you gave a great overview and understanding of what it’s all about (and what parts you can go back into civilisation and get supplies!). Most definitely on the list to do. Look forward to seeing what comes next!
Cheers Booker, I'm glad you found it useful as that was part of the aim of the videos too. Haven't been out much, but I've got a couple of videos in the pipeline for next month. 😊
Superbos Robin! Congrats 💃🏻 Great series and some really funny moments ;))
Thank you Camille, chuffed you liked them including the wee funny bits. 😁 👍🏻
Excellent. Congratulations
Thank you. 😎
Great little series, bet it was awesome. Looks like you really lucked out with the weather, stunning!
Cheers Daniel and we definitely lucked out with the weather. Waterproofs came out twice the whole time. 😁
Hi Guys, quite some achievement congratulations, thank you for taking us along with you both.
I hope that you do a over view of this adventure..... kit , does and don't tips and bites etc ?
ATVB
👍🏔
Cheers Dave, I'm thinking of doing a live Q&A next Thursday. I've ran a test and no glitches. 😁
Walk With Wallace 👣 great idea Robin , your be in an dated.... look forward to that mate.
Good weekend.
👍🍺
@@discoverydave8541 cheers Dave and you too mate. 😁
Congratulations, what a journey. Well done mate. Sorry to spoil the party but Scotland didn’t make it at the euros. 🏴
Cheers Billy. 👍🏻 😁 I unfortunately had to endure watching that game against Croatia. 👀🙈
Aww it’s finished! Well done for completing, I’m happy for you both, I’m happy to have followed your journey but I’m sad it’s over and done with. Bittersweet! Right that’s the congratulations oot o the way, now see if you really were going to put your gear on EBay I’ll pay whatever it takes to get the tights/shorts combo, just to make sure we never have to see them again. I’m with you on Chase Mountains, his knee strength and flexibility stuff worked wonders for me, I practically run down hills now. Brilliant stuff Robin, keep it up pal.
I was a bit sad too with the last episode going out, I enjoyed filming and editing these. 😁
Loved your comments throughout on the tights and shorts combo. 😂
Chase Mountains was a total accidental find by the way, I found him looking at my own channel analytics and he popped up. Great find, the stretches made the difference. 🧘♂️
Well done mate. Enjoyed the whole journey with you both. I need to get back to Sandwood Bay a magical place!
Thank you and yes Sandwood Bay is rather nice. Just go outwith the holiday season. 😁
Well done Robin, an epic adventure which I have really enjoyed watching!! Look forward to getting out with you soon! Cheers 🥂
Cheers Lee and hopefully we can get another trip organised as its been too long mate. 👍🏻
Thanks lads. Enjoyed watching that. I hope to do it one day.
Cheers Ken. I couldn't recommend it enough. An amazing experience.
