I can understand how tired you all were, walking and playing in the snow and Curtis clearing the cars and driveway is very tiring, all that fresh air does increase appetite and makes you very tired. Alright boys helping to clean up.

Cooper was freaking out this morning! He had himself a nice little dance party!! hahah I sure enjoyed Winnies friends being here today! (my bonus kids) ... I was able to get some house work done while she had friends to play with!! It's a beautiful day out! It rained off and on, but its warm! (well warm, means not below zero.. like 2 or 3 degrees LOL so maybe not warm, just not freezing 😝)
I wish Jasper would listen to me like he listens to Curtis, but I'm not very tough when it comes to my babies!!!

We had a beautiful storm yesterday. The rain took it all away. It is like a spring day here on the Cape. I loved having snow day with my kids. A day of fun, or snuggling watching movies. Everyone has red Rosie cheeks.. blessings..🌸

Hello my beautiful friend! ❤ yay Snow Day!!! Those days were the best when my kids were small...playing outside and hot chocolate parties...extra marshmallows!! You guys had so much fun together...I love watching the fun from my warm house..haha! We play headbandz with our "grands" all the time...and charades...they love it!! Your kids are so sweet and they get along so well...that's really awesome! Jasper too! ❤ love you guys! Tell Curtis not to feel bad...mommy's are always #1!! 😉👍

The maritimes usually have LOADS of snow! Many years we have snow banks over top of our cars!
In 1992 I remember sliding out of our second story window on to snow banks!!!

My dog started howling when he heard Jasper lol I got played out watching you play in the snow...When i was little, i would not go inside until my clothes were soaked thru and my boots were drenched inside. They only time I have seen snow like that was a grade 8 trip to Kapusaking,Ontario. We tobbogoned off the roof in the snow. And first time ever on a snowmobile. The fun we had.

Good morning Miranda!! That’s a lot of snow. Here in Saskatchewan, we don’t really have snow days, as our Winters are always so bitter cold with lots of wind & snow 🥶. The school buses just don’t run if it’s a certain temp. I do remember one day the kids stayed home as the streets were literally so icy, you couldn’t drive without most likely having an accident. Nothing ever shuts down though. It looks like you had a great family day of fun. Jasper sure enjoyed himself too 🐾. Here too in Manitoba only the buses and rural schools close when the temps go to -40 unfortunately here it happens often 😑

@@MirandaInCanada well, our Daughter is in University, which is all online this year, so she can stay in unless she needs groceries or something. She’s a couple hours away, but will be coming home for February break in a couple weeks 🥰. Our Son is “ between jobs”, so he can have a snow day whenever he wants too, unless he’s helping his Grandparents with something. He needs to find another job SOON 🧐.

Everyone looked like they had fun in the snow! Don’t you miss when we were kids in the late 80’s and 90’s and didn’t care about how wet our jackets got! We could stay outside for hours and roll around in the snow! I bet everyone was sooo tired!

SNOW DAY..Woohoo! It looked like so much fun. I was like Winnie when I was little and loved eating snow. Once you start it's hard to stop. I used to also love eating icicles off the house. Jasoer is like my little fur daughter..no personal space, eats everything..we have had to replace 8 remotes, but it is only stuff and she is so darn cute. Love you all. xoxo 🌨❄

Hi Sunshine ! How ya doin' !! lol I think I told you how much your road reminds me of my Gramma's house and her little crescent ! Even more so watching the snow come down. Her town and surrounding areas are in a snowbelt area of Ontario. Bob and I took the test this morning when you guys did I think I won !! LOL Tell Curtis he's going to be sorry that he taught Jasper to howl ! LOL LOL I love leftovers. I am going to have dill salad tomorrow night for supper I can't wait !! I loved watching the kids play outside it brings back so many memories.

Goodmorning my little fishes 🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠. Everyday is a Good day when everyone is happy. Thank God for snow days and men lol I would make a cup for snow cream ( fresh snow and fruit juice ). If you lose power have Curtis drive you to town and borrow wal mart internet lol. No stay home sis and post if you can. The kids really were enjoying thier snow day lmao ah to be that young again. 151 was great I would warm up alot when I was your age then I found I cold jack. Jack is a much nicer warm lol oh my goodness jasper brought tears from laughing so hard what a great video yet again. @@MirandaInCanada my brother when I was growing up had a golden lab who would drive me nuts if I stood with my feet apart even a little he would crawl between my feet and stand up I would be sitting on his back and I would have to hang on cause he would take off running with me on his back like he was some kind of horse scarring me to death. Boy was I glad when I grew lol. But for 6 years it was a nightmare.
Snow looks pretty but blah!!! We live in Barrie the snow belt of Ontario! My husband had to take the skidster home to plow the snow on the curbs, right now there about 4 ft high. Hurry up Spring!

Good morning Miranda my favorite sis. COFFEE TIME!!!! I just went and looked out a window aaaaaaaaaaah IT'S STILL SNOWING. My neighbor plowed my driveway while I was sleeping. He and his wife are friends of my dad's they are so sweet. There is another storm coming Sunday. I'll send you a picture and soon as I get bundled up lol as you know it is really cold out there lol. Time to watch and get my morning smile.

Yeah snow day ❄️❄️❄️ of course the scariest part of having a hydro outage is no Wifi for minecraft and Mario ❤️ we loose power so often here, and when we do we also loose our water because it’s ran on hydro the pumps for the well, and septic pumps don’t work😑 it’s so ironic to not have running water in the house yet live on the lake 😂 yes Miranda you have lovey rosey cheeks just because!, and NOT from irritation from pretty smelling face goop 😁

I agree, I try not to create any stress with my kids around food. My boys are big eaters, but my daughter isn't. She'll be 12, and has a very limited appetite, and we just go with it. ;) Have you tried making only part of the box of KD? We got some of that "KD Shaker", which is just the powdered cheese, and we'll make about half the box of mac, and then use the shaker to add the cheese. That way, there's no leftovers, because yuck, I don't like KD left over either- it transforms into something completely different! :)
Oh wow I never even thought of doing it like that!!! I've seen the shakers at Costco! What a neat idea!! (and you're right about left over KD lol)
