Love your summer reset Maree! I too was a teenager in the 80's lol and miss it too. I ended up buying one of those record player/radio/CD/ tape player! Yes I can listen to all my homemade mix tapes again as well as CDs that I have boxes of (yikes). Hope your shoulder feels better! Take care xoxo 🎶🎶🥰

Take care of yourself as these things can take a toll on your body. Clay is brilliant for skin as Romans used it in the baths moons ago and it’s got healing properties. Ions mean skin cells and is supposed to be very good from reports I have seen. The excess water is either age related or allergies. I don’t know what mine is lol. You can have the reverse of excessive eye discharge but then you have to apply eye drops.
Talking of Radio2 they had the older type music eg 70s and 80s. Terry Wogan used to be a DJ on there and was brilliant at it
