how would a temperature sensor control the linear actuator
Hi, there is two way to connect temperature sensor with linear actuators.
First, with a smart wall switch and setting on the app, KST-VZ-213S. www.soonkst.com/app-kst-vz-213s.
The signal will transmit from temperature sensor(zigbee) ==> zigbee gate way ==> smart wall switch (App) ==> Actuator Controller ==> Linear Actuators
Second, temperature sensor (dry contact, 2 ports, COM, IN) ==> Our Actuator Controller ==> Linear Actuators.

Yes you're right. The system is not for those windows with screen. There is another product for windows with screen: ruclips.net/video/fRipsQIodqA/видео.html. It should make some modification on the screen for the chain.
