Is it half-stepping while running and not locking out your knees? Please someone, answer this for me so I can practice it from the start, thanks.
Start slow. Go as fast as you can while maintaining accuracy. As you get more comfortable, speed up. Focus on keeping you gun steady. Also you will find that the faster you go the further behind a stationary target you will have to shoot. Paintballs only travel 300 fps. That's slow enough for them to noticeably carry your forward momentum. If you get a chance, put an empty paint box or a traffic cone down as a target and slowly work on it like that.
Thanks Seamore. I've practiced a lot before, but I guess I'm looking for how exactly to keep the gun steady, since each step throws your point of aim off. I'll keep practicing haha.
Jared Bamber if you can find some videos on special forces firearm training videos you can learn alot. mainly the British sas. they specialize in moving and shooting. these. keeps will teach you how to communicate slice the pie and move and. shoot. if. it can get them kills and keep them alive then it will help you win in the field.
