Personally I love these types of characters too because I relate to them more. I was born with a disability and basically I’ve been “weak” my whole life. People always see me exactly like this character. But, they don’t understand that actually internally we’re very strong. People who can’t see that-honestly, I actually think that it’s likely they’re the “weak” ones. Because being naturally born with physical strength, intelligence, no difficulties in life and basically going through life easily is actually not an indication of courage. Nor of fortitude. Courage and fortitude actually comes from times when you’re overwhelmed. When you’re facing something that’s even beyond your means to defeat. And yet still trying to keep going.

This is worth the hype. The characters are relatable. I like how it's a fantasy that is not dreamy, but captures the struggles of reality on every aspect of life, marriage, doubt, responsibility, self discovery etc.
Its so wonderful to see all the familiar characters come to life here, Riftan, Maxi, Ruth, the Remdragon Knights and even the monsters and the bad guys! The song is wonderful too! This is a must read if you are into romance, fantasy, magic, adventure, drama, medieval, melodrama and well rounded characters.

This is my favorite thing currently. I love the two leads in this so much. Tbh I was born with a disability and I do really relate to the female lead who has the stuttering disability. And it’s rare to see a female lead like her nowadays. The male lead is just wonderful too. A stoic, kind and brave guy-you don’t see that very much in stories either nowadays. Like a real, true blue hero. Who’s really masculine too. The song is beautiful. The animation is well done. Just perfection.

This story is seriously addicting! I made the fortunate mistake of clicking this on an ad, and I'm hooked. A couple days later of barely sleeping, I'm finally caught up to the last chapters of book 2. It's been a while since I delved into reading and animation, but this is so worth it. Hopefully the publishers release all the English translations on kindle as soon as possible, I don't even mind paying for it again.

Its so wonderful to see all the familiar characters come to life here, Riftan, Maxi, Ruth, the Remdragon Knights and even the monsters and the bad guys! The song is wonderful too! This is a must read if you are into romance, fantasy, magic, adventure, drama, medieval, melodrama and well rounded characters.

Under the Oak Tree is such a beautiful story and has such beautiful illustration, it makes me so sad that one day this story will end. I’m also so sad that I have to wait for so long for season 4 😭 I know the creator is working hard, but I’m so excited to continue reading. OMG I JUST CANT!!!! Honestly, ordinarily, I'd just skip these ads because they're not my thing but this song and the production, hooked me, sat through it in starstruck awe. I was fully prepared for it to be the 1st and last time I'd hear the song, I am glad I found it. Such a lovely song.

I saw this story as an ad on instagram. I thought it would be a classic story of forced marriage, but as the story progressed, it got deeper, and then after reading some parts of the nobel and riftan's pov, I realized what a deep love story this is. Just beautiful...

I love the two leads in this so much. Tbh I was born with a disability and I do really relate to the female lead who has the stuttering disability. And it’s rare to see a female lead like her nowadays.
The male lead is just wonderful too. A stoic, kind and brave guy-you don’t see that very much in stories either nowadays. Like a real, true blue hero. Who’s really masculine too.

Tbh I started reading this webtoon whilst anticipating Ailee’s OST & it is so good. Ailee just knows how to tell a story through her singing.
The fact that I read this series I can see that they captured every important part of her and the love they share as husband and wife even if it was forced from the beginning and they were each other's strength.... Soooo sweet, hope she cures her stutter soon 😅

This story is seriously addicting! I made the fortunate mistake of clicking this on an ad, and I'm hooked. A couple days later of barely sleeping, I'm finally caught up to the last chapters of book 2. It's been a while since I delved into reading and animation, but this is so worth it. Hopefully the publishers release all the English translations on kindle as soon as possible, I don't even mind paying for it again.

I'm crying so bad The music the voice touched me deep in my heart I'm a mess it took me 5 hours to be brave enough to listen and watch this because of the emotional strom that will happen to me and by reading the novel and riftan pov you know exactly what each glance each touch means wich makes everything 100%more mean full their path together growing as lovers and beating their demons and feeling each other more clearly , the last scene was the one that touched me the most little riftan and his growing love for baby maxi till now wich is amazing i will never be able to move on from this novel not anytime soon at least I'm just so obsessed that i feel like writing this whole paragraph doesn't describe half of what i feel towards it
