Hi Safaa, it looks like you have a couple of options. You can wait for your daughter to sponsor you in some years. Hi I am from India. I am currently enrolled in the Express Entry program and have a score of 364. Professionally, I fall under the NOC 21110 category, working as a biological scientist. My work specifically lies in the field of clinical trials in the medical research industry. I bring with me 8 years of experience in this field along with a master’s degree. I have a few questions and would appreciate your guidance on them: Which Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) would be most suitable for my profile? Is it possible for me to apply to Ontario and Alberta’s PNPs from India without a job offer? If so, could you guide me on how to go about this? Can I apply for more than one PNP simultaneously? Lastly, I’ve heard that the chances of securing a job in Canada from India are extremely slim, nearly 0.0001%. Is this statistic accurate? Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Pardon the delay. You would only get a letter of interest IF you have a NOC Code that is included in the monthly draws, and your score is above the requisite minimum score. If this doesnt makes sense to you you can email me at info@canadianizelaw.com and I can help explain. Cheers, Mary K.
Thanks for the info. So in a sense, we need to have a active profile in the express entry pool before we apply for any PNP?. I thought PNP was separate. What if someone doesnt have 1 year of work experience to have a active profile in EE, but studied in a school in Canada got 6 months of work experience and applied for Alberta opportunity stream. So if they get an invitation, they wont be able to proceed with PR? because they dont have a EE profile?
That is not entirely correct. There are some PNPs that require direct applications (seperate from the EE process) while others can be applied to via the EE portal. The more interesting ones are the seperate programs, since they involve a smaller pool of applicants. For instance the SK PNP program we discussed in this video requires a seperate application, so do some of Manitoba's and Atlantic Canada's PNPs

For SINP: I have 5 years work experience in past 5 years and 4 years 6 months in last 6-10 years. My 4 years 6 months work experience will be counted as 4 years or 5 years?
That would be counted as 4 year. The SINP staff are pretty strict about how they count years and experience. You also need to submit strong evidence that you actually have that experience!
Hello Sir, I am eligible to apply for the SINP Pathway under the International Skilled in Demand Occupations category after doing an eligible check, I got 60 points out of 110. How fortunate I am that my NOC is not on the "excluded list of occupations." 1241 Administrative assistant is my NOC. I've worked in this industry for more than five years. My bachelor's degree and my experience are related. Is this the province I should live in? Should I continue anyway?
Helloo, I myself have submitted to SINP through occupation in demand, my NOC is in demand btw, but haven't got a nomination yet, maybe you should try as well it could work only God knows.
Hi Mara, thanks for the info. The SINP has lowered its cut off score in recent months so you have a chance. 60 is just the bare minimum and you should aim to at least boost this score by a few points. Can you try perhaps improving your language score and get the full 20 points in the SINP point system,? Other than that, if you do get selected by the province, then no you do not have to live there, though your application is based on the fact that you intend to live in Saskatchewan

What do you think about submitting our documents even though he doesn't have a hospitality degree. What do you think ?
Hi Lakshmi, thanks for the update. Having a hospitality or culinary degree or diploma is not required for the NOC code 0631. Having many years of experience is required, which your husband does. It seems fine that you submit his credentials, along with proof of his MBA. I would be happy to help you apply to the SINP, feel free to contact me at info@canadianizelaw.com - Mary K.

I am already in the express pool and my score is 367 and I am outside canada.. i am a graduate and have 8 years experience in banking. can u please help me what should i do further can your pls help me with other pnp
It depends on your NOC codes, since the draws every month are based on NOC codes being selected, and not just on scores. Note that 60 is a bare minimum. You should try to raise your average, which can most easily be done by getting a 8CLB in the language score of the SINP Points System
Hi Atharva, your chances in the express entry system are below average. You would need to significantly improve your IELTS or English language score if you want to go through the regular points system. Fortunately, you would have other indirect options by going through the Temporary Residency to Permanent Residency pathway, so please contact us if you would like to discuss : info@canadianizelaw.com

And secondly, I would like to ask you that I am an interior designer or interior decorator with more than 4 years of international experience (outside Canada) in my field, so in which province should I have to apply for a positive outcome or better chance of getting an invite.
Hi Gurjot, I think you have a few options. For one you can simply apply for Express Entry; your chance of success depends on your age, English abilities, education, and relations in Canada. The second is to seek to obtain a work permit with a Canadian employer in the field. Best thing is to contact employers directly. And thirdly you can consider direct programs like the SINP. If you want more detailed info, please message us at info@canadianizelaw.com and attach your Resume

Hi Solomon, for sure, you appear to be a great applicant. For the express entry, you are losing points for every years 29. But for the SINP you would be getting full age points. thanks for the summary, and the feedback. 62 qualifies for the SINP but it is too low to realistically obtain a invitation to apply for a nomination. Namaste Rahul. It sounds like you have good experience. You should go for both. Definitely submit an express entry application. Another option you should consider is a student permit in a post grad certificate relating to your work. I'm an English/Arabic translator but I couldn't find any jobs related to translation or interpretation in most of the mentioned provinces, even though most of people in Canada are immigrants. So, do u have any suggestions for that!
Hi Mohamed, could you email info@canadianizelaw.com with the same enquiry. We will explore your options
Hello, I’m pharmacist from Egypt and my daughter is an international student in Canada and I have a visitor visa.which program is more suitable to me?
Thank you .
Hi Safaa, it looks like you have a couple of options. You can wait for your daughter to sponsor you in some years. Or apply as a business entrepreneur in a less populated Canadian province, or seek to find a job in Canada in a field related to pharmacy. If you would like to book a paid consultation to discuss these options email us at info@canadianizelaw.com

Hi
I am from India.
I have a few questions and would appreciate your guidance on them:
Which Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) would be most suitable for my profile?
Is it possible for me to apply to Ontario and Alberta’s PNPs from India without a job offer? If so, could you guide me on how to go about this?
Can I apply for more than one PNP simultaneously?
Lastly, I’ve heard that the chances of securing a job in Canada from India are extremely slim, nearly 0.0001%. Is this statistic accurate?
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
That's True
Hi, friends. when am I supposed to receive the letters of interest after submitting the Express Enter?
Pardon the delay. You would only get a letter of interest IF you have a NOC Code that is included in the monthly draws, and your score is above the requisite minimum score. If this doesnt makes sense to you you can email me at info@canadianizelaw.com and I can help explain. Cheers, Mary K.

Hello Sir, I am 24 years old and i have done my B.Com, and i have 3 years of Recruitment experience and my NOC code is 1223. Please suggest
@@canadianize2239 Thanks, got it. What about the Alberta Opportunity stream? Does it require separate application or must have a active EE profile.?
Please what pnp is best for an international trained dentist. Thanks
Hi Esther, dentistry is a tricky profession because you would not be able to practice if you immigrate to Canada. You would need to accredit your education via a Canadian dentistry program. One suggestion is to consider pursuing a specialized study program in dentistry, or to immigrate as an entrepreneur. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions: info@canadianizelaw.com

Just subscribed to your channel. Thank you so much for the informative videos :)
I am a highly trained and experienced Indian Classical dancer and have applied for PR this April. Do you suggest PNP as well? If so, which province will have maximum opportunities for my field? I am basically a dancer, choreographer, Yoga teacher and also have some writing skills, although no experience in that area as yet.
Kindly guide, thank you!
Hi Nitisha. It sounds like you have wide experience. We would also suggest you consider the self employed entrepreneur program, which specially allows for persons with what is considered cultural experience, like dancing, sports etc. Let us know if you have any questions!

Hi
My husband is a medical doctor,48years with 15years experience as a medical practitioner please what are his chances of moving to Canada(Saskatchewan) with his family?
Medical practitioners are very much regulated in Canada, and you will find that some PNPs exclude your occupation.
Informative
Thanks for the support Ikram !
Can I apply to more than one PNP province at the same time
Hi. I have 2.5 years of experience in the field of pharmacovigilance with the CRS around 411. Should I apply for PNP? Please reply. I have given IELTS thrice and I was able to score 7.5 in listening, 6.5 in reading, 7 in writing and 7 in speaking. More than this, i am unable to score also i have masters in pharmaceutics. How about my chances of getting selected through PNP?
Hi Saik, you have really good options actually, though you would need to improve your IELTS to increase your chances. PNPs may not be realistic if you do not have a connection to Canada. Please contact us for a consultation at info@canadianizelaw.com

Hi Uzezi, it sounds like you would obtain a satisfactory score on your education points. What is your work experience in? Based on that, you may qualify for certain PNP programs. Also, if you improve your ielts score to 8777 in LRSW, you would qualify for many extra points in the express entry system.
Once you get citizenship can you eventually move to any province?
Yes, once you obtain Permanent Residency you can move to any province regardless of which one nominated you
Hi.
As an intenational student, let´s say i studied and worked in British Columbia. Could I apply to the Nova Scotia program or any other? Also could I apply to more than 1 program at a time?
You could apply for more than 1 program, certainly. If you studied in BC then it makes sense to apply for the PNPs in that province because they will have ones there are specific for graduates from within their province

My husband's noc is 0631 and he is been running his own restaurant since 2015 and his highest education is of an MBA.

I think if you apply for a provincial nomination you could get a boost of 600 points
I have two jobs NOCs in the list … if I get 60 marks will it be possible to be nominated
It depends on your NOC codes, since the draws every month are based on NOC codes being selected, and not just on scores. Note that 60 is a bare minimum. You should try to raise your average, which can most easily be done by getting a 8CLB in the language score of the SINP Points System
Hi I am 37 and my noc is 1123. My crs is 387 and I am an event manager. Done my mba in marketing. What are

Hi first of all thanks for the information which you have shared in your video. Keep making informative and good content.
I calculated my eligibility in Saskatchewan pnp and got 62/100

thanks for the summary, and the feedback. 62 qualifies for the SINP but it is too low to realistically obtain a invitation to apply for a nomination. Hi Chippy, please consider applying to the Express Entry process, since you have enough years of experience, a Master degree, and are younger than 30. You should go for both. Definitely submit an express entry application. And also consider PNPs for tech talent, in BC, Ontario, and Alberta, as they all introduced programs for tech workkers, depending on your experience.
Another option you should consider is a student permit in a post grad certificate relating to your work. You can complete that in a local college, cost of tuition is 12-14 000 CAD, and then you would qualify for a Work Permit after you graduate.
