Quirky is an understatement... Thank you for providing a few clues into the mechanism.
You are welcome. This is a whole new component of the program and I'm not sure what part of the editing community it is designed for. --Jim
Thank you for your time and most excellent teaching style.
Thank you. I am glad this teaching style works for you. Thanks for watching. --Jim
Hi, I've veen having trouble with Thene Designer, when I open mine there are hardly any themes in there. How do you get more?
In Magic Movie Maker, when ypu open yours you have loads of styles,I have just 5 boxes. From left to right, free download, memory field, original, fast motion, slow motion. Have you had to download yours please ? Thank u ,Hx
You ask good questions. What version of PowerDirector are you using? That might account for the differences in what is available. --Jim
@@SharperTurtle Hi, I'm using 365 version x
You might try opening the Cyberlink Application Manager and clicking on the Effects Pack in the left panel. There are some content packs in the list that you may not have installed on your computer. --Jim
@@SharperTurtle AWESOME, thank you so much. Xx
You are welcome. --Jim
Glad you are doing some tut's on this item. I tried to use them several times but stopped also everytime because of the minimal flexibility and lack of transparency. Still looking for a way to apply them in my productions.
Lex,
This certainly is not one of the easiest tools in the PowerDirector arsenal. I have two more upcoming in this series that hopefully make it easier to understand. It has lots of potential, but also some limits. I hope I can help others navigate through the idiosyncrasies of the product. --Jim
omg I didn't even know that plugin button exists. I know what I'll be playing with my next session!
There are lots of tools inside of PowerDirector that are not that obvious. Glad I could help point you to one of them. --Jim
Thanks for uploading this.
I've seen the feature many times, but thought it was too restrictive - my last holiday has over 2,500 photos and video clips - but you've inspired me to at least fire it up and have a go.
Tony,
Glad this is inspiring.
Being selective with that much data can be a challenge. I try to remember I'm telling a story and not just trying to re-live every moment.
--Jim
Thank you.
You are welcome, Paul. --Jim
Hi Jim👍
