@Wall_Flour you are misportraying so called "stop and identify laws." You still need to be able to articulate a crime you suspect to have happened, is happening, or has happened. You don't have to tell the suspect anything, you need to tell the judge or magistrate while getting a warrant during an investigative detention. They dont have RAS or PC from what I can see. Rs is enough to question people, not cuff, GSR and search them. Common misconception is that detainment = cuffs. Detainment doesn't mean you need to cuff people. You can stop and question someone and it can be considered detainment.
They were on high alert, since they suspected that someone might have a gun. Additionally the red car was seen shooting in Paleto, so they might have seen a connection to PP Idk how real cops would handle that, but probably the same
True, there was a stabbing at my local-ish park last year the cops was on alert for a "single white male in dark clothing" (it's all they shared with me) i was jogging in the park wearing dark sports gear and yea and im white (wow no way!), they detained me for about 10-15mins, i wasn't cuffed or yelled at all the time i was there being questioned they even asked me to search me not demand it, they were actually very polite 1 of the 5-6 officers happened to be female too, yes she was calm and polite too, they let me go seeing as i wasn't the person they wanted. an excpetion maybe? or true training. :)
They could ask “did you see who was driving that red car out there?”, but without seeing someone get out of the car and go into the cutting store they had no business testing anyone
Isn't the RP that he's a criminal trying to get away with crime? It would be completely against his character's motivation to not resist. That's ignoring that their RS is a massive reach.... They had nothing actionable to tie them to that vehicle. Damn, almost everyday with this
should have called a laywer and sued the PD instantly....been a EASY W.
Cops still have no idea about rs and pc
even the sheriff dont so what u expect
its been almost 8 fucking months and they still dont know
funny how they talk to adults like children "do it neow"🤣
Dear God the cops are so depressing in how they act without a care for law leaves ZERO room for RP
W RP If it had happened in some specific Indian servers it could have turned into a chaotic shootout😄
So fucking sad that this is still going on..."this is a lawful order" shit
Koil, Nino, Save us
Screaming in faces is not the pds job
what is the discord
Ramee making fun of how anyone talks is wild.
@@xzen667 why?
Pd should screw off for all time because make they make the worst RP
Bunch of cents
these cops are crazy ,
How in the world do these people have stripes😅😅😅
These polices don’t know how to RP and are try hards to get them when they suck at officers.
holy
paying 50$ and she cant RP lmao
Cinema
assuming means you point guns at random people?
they were so cringe
How can't people watch these garbage steamers , that's why non of them will be around in a year ..
why is this happenning in gta rp people are such snowflakes
I assume they're noobs
its kinda meta picking people up at the clothing store, knowing its the only place people can change outfits..
very scumming
good now i have more cop streamers to unfollow and report :) not that the reports do anything but hey if by chance it goes through the world doesn't get to hear them for a day or 2
Keep doing gods work brother, i do the same. Hope!
I do think the cops had RS to stop and question them, but they definitely didn't need to come in with guns out demanding cuffs and stuff.
Rs is enough to question people, not cuff, GSR and search them.
Common misconception is that detainment = cuffs. Detainment doesn't mean you need to cuff people. You can stop and question someone and it can be considered detainment.
They were on high alert, since they suspected that someone might have a gun. Additionally the red car was seen shooting in Paleto, so they might have seen a connection to PP
Idk how real cops would handle that, but probably the same
True, there was a stabbing at my local-ish park last year the cops was on alert for a "single white male in dark clothing" (it's all they shared with me) i was jogging in the park wearing dark sports gear and yea and im white (wow no way!), they detained me for about 10-15mins, i wasn't cuffed or yelled at all the time i was there being questioned they even asked me to search me not demand it, they were actually very polite 1 of the 5-6 officers happened to be female too, yes she was calm and polite too, they let me go seeing as i wasn't the person they wanted. an excpetion maybe? or true training. :)
They could ask “did you see who was driving that red car out there?”, but without seeing someone get out of the car and go into the cutting store they had no business testing anyone
You can't violate a person's rights unless you have absolute proof of a crime.
This is why we need more female cops……
Not quite sure where you are getting that from. A male officer of a higher rank literally came in to justify it. It’s a general issue don’t gender it.
I’m sorry but stuff like this is why I stopped watching gta rp and 8 months later I tune it to see nothing has changed.
same. lol
K argues with cops. Shocker lol
K defends himself from power gaming, mechanic abusing cops. Shocker lol
cg karens now damn i miss mr chang
Why can’t he just go along with the RP
Isn't the RP that he's a criminal trying to get away with crime? It would be completely against his character's motivation to not resist. That's ignoring that their RS is a massive reach.... They had nothing actionable to tie them to that vehicle. For all they know the person they were chasing met up with someone in that parking lot and swapped cars, or swapped into a local one that was parked there. Typical W chasing from Nopixel PD.
He was. Imagine buying a soda at the gas station and cops come in point a gun at you because a car is in the parking lot was involved in a crime. That the police can’t connect you to. His reaction is valid.
Power gaming is not RP. Using the excuse of "where do people go after a crime?" is meta as fuck on its own
Why can't you not be stupid? I bet this is an easier question to answer!
@@soulsava8456 yeah, and anyone can be changing clothes, people change clothes ALL the time lol. doesnt mean u just did a crime
This dude is a crybaby karen who throws a tantrum whenever it doesn't go exactly the way he'd like.
Go back to divas and moonmoo incel
Then why are you here😂
Haha. Bruh you doin the same thing. Lol
Your past comments😅😅😅
I only watch Mr.K when his videos pop into my recommendations. I have no stake in these cringe streamer wars. Your obvious bias and hate watching is extremely low IQ behavior and I hope you grow out of it one day. Sad.
Idk how K kept his composure lol
