Contingency theory may app ko ye bataya gaya hain k agar Ikk leader chahta hain k uski planing effective ho or wo apni organization k goals ko specific time may achieve krain, tu iskay liye zarori hain wo leader apna leadership style situation k mutabiq rakain or jaisy situation hogi usi k mutabiq wo apny leadership style ko adopt krain mean flexible ho different situation may apnay leadership behavior ko adjust krta ho according to needs to leadership effective rahain gi..
Jabkay situational theory may ye kahtai hain k leaders ko chahiye k wo apnay behavior ko aisa banaye jo k uskay under kam krnay employee ko acceptable ho or understandable ho .. so istarha krnay say leader apny employees k level k mutabiq goals banaye ga or pir employee lagan say us goal ko achieve kr sakay gy..
