Teletubbies and Friends Segment: Woe Is Water + Magical Event: Music Note Flowers

The teletubbies needed water to water the flowers, so Duckster built an invention called the Water Sprayer 3000 that could water the flowers for them, but when Duckster tried to turn it off, the switch got stuck, and he ended up accidentally breaking the switch! Now, the Water Sprayer 3000 is out of control! How will Duckster and the teletubbies stop this water problem?
