I tried this yesterday,and the "Third Empire" decision won't show up,can you explain how to get that? What i do is -Tsar Route -Cap Belgrade pact and didn't puppet them until i get Constatinople -Refuse Ottoman Peace because i didn't get the Decision -The game is already in feb 1938
the Belgrade pact has to be capitulated in 150 days and after that you need to occupy Constantinople. If you open the Kaiserreich wiki and look at the bulgarien paths under Third Empire it’s explained again.
Having more divisions than the stipulated ammount giver huge debuffs
For your next video you could try to restore germany as prussia in Bismarckreich ( a mod where germany never united because bismarck got assasinated)
