And the first person to call them the Strawhat pirates is Smoker during loguetown (well he is the first person to call luffy "strawhat Luffy" and after that they are called the strawhat pirates 9:05 they are not getting rid of Don Krieg completely because he has been shown in the cast list they revealed, so it might be that the Fishmen show up for a bit, take nami, then the rest of Baratie plays out as it did in the manga/anime
It seems that the scene at 12:53 isn’t Zoro’s oath because he is wearing a different shirt and has a bandage over his chest which implies that this happens maybe a day after he was defeated by Mihawk. At least I hope so, because the crying and him promising not to lose anymore is really touching.

Not really a spoiler but I know how the community is with episode titles… I believe at one point the possible episode titles were leaked and one of them was “Frog in the well.” Referencing Mihawk’s comment and the proverb. Would be really cool if this episode is the introduction of Mihawk and Arlong. A huge obstacle for far in the future and the season villain.
The well scene with Zoro is probably the story about the frog and well that came from Mihawk I think and the scene with Luffy pulling his side lip straight from the anime/manga plus didn't see Don Krieg only true king of pirates candidate besides Buggy or Foxy or Con D. Oriano but we know his character will be there somehow since Baratie is being more streamlined with Arlong Park it seems which is cool
Personal Headcanon: I think Luffy is gonna pick up the calling out finishing moves trope from Shanks, and Buggy naming his moves will foreshadow his own connection to Shanks.
I think it works so well for Buggy because the way he yells it so seriously with his voice so deep in contrast to his crazy laugh like it gives me minor Pennywise vibes where he is all funny and cute and suddenly his voice gets so deep and the teeth come out and he eats a childs arm... and I don't want to compare him to a horror clown because I love him with all my heart but people expect a clown to do funny, ridiculous things (not me I'm terrified of clowns) but you know the moment a clown's gonna eat your arm. So better not mess with Buggy XD. No, I just adore the way he delivers the chop chop cannon, I am so hyped for this character I can't even. 🙈💙

I think the casting of garp is a lil off i feel garp should be bigger and more miscular like the same build as say rocky or vin deisal or the rock or sylvester Stallone and arlings nose should have been cgi and roger to me seems to like his build should be different too
the garp actor literally played a role in the 300 spartans movie in his prime. keeping a good physique at that age without any enhancing is quite difficult because your body’s cells reproduce/come back stronger when you beeak them down at a way slower rate. the garp actor is pretty good imo
