it's Guy man, so the gold helmet guy in daft punk and others made this sry for bad english and thomas bangalter the silver one made music with roulé and this is music of 90s
i am a cactus Yeah I wish they were on Spotify also Roulé, Crydamoure was in Spotify at some point in 2014 but was uploaded by 3rd parties so all tracks were removed not so much after, only Santa Claus remained and I had the lucky of listen to it and even add it to my favorite songs playlist but after a while I just figured out it got deleted, so sad, hope someday Guy-Man upload those masterpieces again. srry for my bad English
There might be a few samples missing still. I found one sample in the booklet for "Crydamoure Presents Waves". Track 19: Archigram - In Flight (Raw Club Mix) contains a sample of "Sugar Pie Guy (Pt. 2)" by The Joneses.
Man, this is absolutely wonderful! How on earth did you find Troobadoor? What is really obvious to me in how a lot of these records are sampled, is the ringing and sound of the EMU SP-1200, as well as analog filtering (I guess mutator/Akai MFC42?)
I can't take credit for find the Troobadoor samples since it was someone who discovered them (I'm not sure who, though). I agree that it was a very clever and impressive use of the samples!
I won't be doing one on Cassius 1999 since I've already covered a bunch of tracks from it in my sampling of various electronic artist series. Other albums aren't out of the question though. What other 90s french house albums do you have in mind?
@@yphonichs just listen to the kick/snare at the beginning of "Sequence Emotion" (?) and compare it with the beginning of _Troobador_ The hit-hat sounds a bit similar…

Cool, didn't know about the Santa Claus one. How do you even stumple upon a sample so obscure? :D I wonder how Holiday on ice uses samples if it does, that's one of my favourites.
Raw Man's Lovers is the most sophisticated and well-done track imo. Everything fits together so seamlessly. I wonder how he removed the piano from the vocals?
He used an a cappella version of the track. Sorry, this video is old and I didn't demonstrate that the best. I actually plan on remaking this whole video and some point this year.

Crydamoure logo is so beautiful
You said it! ;)

Agreed!
Wanted to get it pressed onto some sort of pendant and wear it as a necklace or something...
If you look for it, it looks like the original Communist flag with the eagle on it °v°
We can all say that Guy-Man has a good taste in *MUSIC.* ...And Thomas Bangalter as well.
Ur forgetting Eric Chedeville, AKA Rico the Wizzard. 1/2 of Le Knight Club along with Guy
DJ FALCON
i wish our crydamoure boys' stuff were on streaming services

I feel the “New York City” and “No, No Joe” samples were born to be layered together, in order to create something unique.
Right? They fit together perfectly!
the bass may be main reason for this
i get so excited when i hear the sample
Really shows how creative you can be with sampling. Especially with some songs like Wrath of Zeus and Hysteria.
You need more views, this is a masterpiece of sampling.
8:19 - 8:55 hysteria 1 and 2 sample favorite.

I cannot stop listening to this thing. it's so cool hearing the way the songs are assembled ☆u☆
Music Box is my favourite in terms of sampling. It's just genius.
Lovers was already one of my favorite Crydamoure tracks by far, and the sampling is even better than I expected.
RIP Daft. maybe crydamoure will make a return
The Double Shalamar Sample on Mosquito is absolute perfection
Get Closer and The Night are literally the same song. No wonder he could make Spaced Out I and II
That's the problem with 80s music, imo.
Nice Video and Big Recopilation of the songs of Crydamoure...

I have been playing sax for years, I feel deceived that Soul Bells doesn't actually have sax in it.
It does have sax. The sax and trumpet are unison and breaks down.
