But I genuinely want to let you know that you are a big reason I’m able to get to bed most nights. I’ve sifted through loads of other MFM/MFTM sleep aids and I always default to yours because they make me feel warm, safe, and masc. Especially on days where I feel like dysphoria is eating me alive, I know I get to come home, curl up, and get out of my head thanks to you. i’m lucky that caffine doesn’t hit me the same as others. I can drink a monster/coffee up to 10 minutes before i try to go bed and it has no effect. benefits of ADHD, i guess😂
