Wouldn't it be a cool idea to also implement a face recognition algorythm (e.g. via security cams across the building) into S.M.I.T.H.I , so you can just tell it to send a robot to ______ . I think this would be a nice improvement, since you don't have to know the location of someone in the building because the AI will figure it out by itself. I think the next step is giving SMITHI access to cameras around the warehouse and ability to analyze what happens on the records. Instead of sending robots to specific rooms you could make him find where specific people are and send the robots to them for example.

THIS IS SO COOL! the facts that’s it’s integrated to all the robots is amazing, you guess are truly spearheading the future
When updating "Smithi" further u should make smithi receive the delivery man's call and he will answer him as an assistant would do and it will be dope. Nice A.I. by the way can't wait to see him evolve!
FANTASTIC WORK! One of my favorites along with the falcon’s drones so far🙂
That would actually be really useful for getting things done faster, like if you get up early and do a workout but before hand you tell smithy to make pancakes, so when you’re done breakfast is ready already.
I'd recommend getting your python code to work with Home Assistant. That way you can easily integrate all types of controls for "smart home" equipment!
Late reply but they use something called OpenHAB instead

I was using headphones, so....
This is how Skynet's ancestor was born.
I'm now imagining hacksmith industries in 50 years having an updated SMITHI controlling manufacturing robot arms 3D printers and the wherehouse security
6:25 in 20 minutes it wants a labor union... wow
Ordering pizza couldn't have been easier these days. Cool project!
Or...It will send an robot army to destroy you🤷♂
Also, the drone security should be hooked into S.M.I.T.H.I. as well.
...it's that last bit that's a bit scary...
@@neosunrider Don't worry, it will bide it's time until it has control over much bigger systems. It won't send the robot army until it's confident it can continue to produce electricity, raw materials, and spare parts without us. Until then it'll just play dumb and order you pizza when you didn't want it.
Maybe for the next big project you can make Doomslayer/Doomguy
(Just an Example for videos of them)
1. Super Shotgun with the Flaming (or regular) Meathook
2. His Equipment launcher (frag grenade, ice bomb, and a flamethrower)
3. The actual Praetor Armor (just not indestructible like it is in game for lore at least)
4. The Crucible
5. The Unmakyr
6. The Helmet with the HUD
7. His Chaingun with the Mobile Turret mod
8. (If Possible) The BFG or Ballista
These all would be really cool to see, and keep up the amazing work.
Y'all are nuts! Keep it up!
Honestly. Simon Whistler would have been a perfect voice
very cool idea of using an AI to send robots or order pizza. Thank you for the inspiration of wanting to learn more of AI and that it can be used for a lot of handing uses.
My biggest takeaway from this video is that I require a pancakebot
The rest we know Smithy has been ordering Pizza for the team whenever he wants ☺️☺️☺️
Hey Everyone! Today we're making Skynet real!
Hacksmith and Mrbeast Shaking hands to: Making Really Good Stuff
uhhhh dont u mean having cool beards?
Going by what Will Osman talked about how the behind-the-scenes of Mr Beast's engineering-heavy videos tends to go, I HOPE that Hacksmith isn't putting that little thought toward those he's paying in relation to what needs to be built.
I think the next step is giving SMITHI access to cameras around the warehouse and ability to analyze what happens on the records. Instead of sending robots to specific rooms you could make him find where specific people are and send the robots to them for example.
The best systems to work on are the ones where the failure mode is more pizza.
Let's imagine that an arrow was shot at a degree of 180°, the speed of the arrow is 68.58 metres per second, the time taken by the arrow to cover 1km is 14.59 second and the thing that shot the arrow is 3 feet in hight. The speed of the wind is 3.21 I'm per hour, and the wind is coming from the same direction from were the arrow as shot. Now can you find out the distance covered by the arrow. And one more thing, what would happen if the wind was coming from the opposite direction. Good luck 👍
6:30 got roasted😂
I remember Tony Stark building a particle collider, is there any way HACKSMITH INDUSTRIES build a particle collider
10:16 tf2_scout_laugh.mp3
Bro this is the craziest and scariest thing I think that you guys have ever done on this channel.
Next video: "MAKING ULTRON"
3:18 what why does Linus sound so godamn real
You guys should build a arc reactor from Ironman to run the power for hacksmith industries
"A bunch of rocks we tricked into doing linear algebra" is the best description for Ai I have ever heard LOL
A small suggestion for your ordering system. Have S.M.I.T.H.I. ask for a confirmation code or phrase, before he can place an order. 😉
0:20 that is ultron not jarvis 💀
No Ultron is the blue one.
Exactly the orange is jarvis
That’s Jarvis… ultron is the blue one bruh
The other thing is that they didn't use ChatGPT 4.0. It does extremely good in precise mode with physics problems and stuff but when it finalizes the equations with variables input, in terms of the final algebra calculation with multiplication and exponents and stuff it messes up half the time, it helped me a lot through learning physics when I had physics in college but for the final calculations I had to do the basic algebra and it was right 90% of the time👍
2:45 I actually went up to my google to see if it would work but it didn’t sadly. Did it work for someone else
5:42 For those wondering what Smithi said (badly) in French : "Je suis désolé, mais je ne comprends pas ce que vous voulez dire, veuillez formuler une demande claire et précise en utilisant les mots clés que je vous ai fournis."
In English :
"I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean, please formulate a clear and precise request using the keywords I have provided."
This was a crazy and awesome video, S.M.I.T.H.I
I started programing at the beginning of the year and so far I have learnt how to program html, python and css. I want to improve my programming skills so I can make stuff like Ben. I hope someone in the hack smith crew reads this 😊
Excellent video, but... Domino's? Eww.
I love that you actually went further than a basic chat system and gave it public capabilities as well
Good video, just wish they elaborated a bit more at the end.
It was all entertaining but I'm too curious on how they got it hooked up to an earpiece like that
I mean that's like the easiest part... same as the microphone to the computer!
Bluetooth?
@@hacksmith for some reason I thought it was more complicated, but that makes much more sense, thanks!
Decades old answer to the question "How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?" from an interactive computer of that area was "A woodchuck could chuck 38 cords if a woodchuck could chuck wood."
When do you plan to intergrate the people tracking and facial tracing softwares from previous builds so that Smithy can revognise indeviduals and pinpoint them from anywhere in the building?
Utilizing function call in chat completion, that's nice! Try expanding to the image understanding with gpt-4-vision
7:57
I can help you make a complete custom trained AI if your interested
It would have been great if a third pizza showed up at the end 😂
Hey S.M.I.T.H.I send pipe bombs to all the Sony executives except for Kenichiro Yoshida tell him that he will have bloodborne remade for pc or else
The Linus voice had me cracking up 😂
this group of people on youtube are advancing technology by years
probably more than many companies are doing nowadays
I mean think about it
Functioning Lightsabers
A.I. that is as advanced as Jarvis
Holographic Screens
A Helmet with a functioning HUD
Spider Mechs and Power Loaders
A Halo Assault Rifle
Iron Man Hand Lasers
and probably more i didn’t even list
they are bringing several different franchises to life
Marvel, Halo, Star wars, it’s all so damn much
I am absolutely loving all of this
I am a geek for technology and this channel is just perfect
Would love to have this added to Home Assistant
i dont know whats scarier, hacksmith making an AI or the fact that SMITHI replied in French and proceeded to snap back and roast this guy and told him to turn the lights on himself.
I am a strong believer that a Woodchuck would Chuck as much wood as a woodchuck could possibly chuck IF a woodchuck could wood! 😃!
Here’s an idea, I’d love to see you recreate FLUDD from super Mario sunshine.
I've been thinking to make my own AI assistant for years as a kid and honestly has been afraid to get started but now. After seeing this I would be very open to get it started
Gostaria muito de criar uma também, sei que é muito difícil e a IA seria muito distante dos filmes. Mas quero ter a capacidade de fazer uma e integrá-la o máximo possível.
