Bama is loaded at WR. Williams, Bernard, Horton, Hale, Adam's, and 2 freshmen Brooks has lightning speed and 6'4" Medows. If they find their QB they will be tough to beat. They also had a ton of key players return for defense and picked up some big-time recruits and added some awesome transfers to fill a few voids. Hill-green, Collins, Calhoun, and 5 Freshman 🌟 Dijon Lee defense looks good.
Simpson may be starter this year but it's inevitable that Russell the #1 recruit in the 2025 class takes over at QB. The biggest question that needs addressed this spring is the right tackel spot. They get that problem solved, and they will be Bama again.
Idk why everyone forgets about Germie Bernard. He really came on at the end of the year. He was wide open all game against Michigan and Milroe couldn’t hit him or didn’t see him. There were receivers open. Qb play was terrible. Right tackle is a bigger worry to me than qb. Inexperienced yes but I have a hard time believing they are going to be worse than Milroe from a pure passing standpoint. I’d rather the young qb learn and grow than a veteran who got worse and not better. Should be interesting. Milroe didn’t fit and Sheridan was inexperienced as a play caller. Offense should be better from a better play caller and no turnover prone qb alone
Yes, I have said all along if you watch games where Germie was running open he should have been a thousand yd receiver last year. Milroe would NEVER look his way.
@ NEVER! I couldn’t get over it in the Michigan game. Germie should have had 200 yards easily that game. I’ve never seen him that frustrated on the sidelines. Him and Ryan were over Milroe. If he returned we probably lose them both too
Ryan Williams made the spectacular plays, but Bernard was the more solid dependable receiver. Having him back will be huge. Adding Horton potentially can give them a big 3 at receiver.
Alabama was never broken from an offensive coaching perspective. They were hamstrung by Jalen Milroe's limitations. Did anyone see him at the Senior Bowl?

The job gets more attractive without the Milroe problem, and a list of talented QBs. Gotta get that line fixed though to open up the run.
I'm a Bama fan but I'm gonna hold off for a minute. I'm not sure Grubb could have made much of a difference last year. A coordinator has to fit his scheme to his personnel. I'm not sure anyone could have helped Milroe as his shortcomings were really not coachable. The problem with bama is they can't run the ball. If ANY OC is gonna be successful Bama can't average 70 yds a game rushing and they can't have 2.5 turnovers a game.
Mark my words. Alabama on the road to win its first championship since 2020 . I feel a 3 peat coming Qb room is loaded…
How’s that QB from Duncanville? I think that’s where he went to school. Does he have a chance to play this year? I don’t follow bama or the sec like that
@@Youknowwhatitis21132 depends on the development at the next level.. However all three guys have a shot this season with Ty being the most experienced still up for grabs in my opinion. It’s so hard to judge Austin Mack know the system but you have a 5 star elite Texas native Keelon is just phenomenal. Should be interesting to watch!

Ty has more overall experience but Mack has more time in DeBoer's system

The #1 problem was Milroe and he is gone. Bama is just fine and will be fine for years to come. Now, Grubb is a good addition, so Bama will be better than they could have been without him.
Thanks talking about the o line, everyone wants to blame Milroe but the offense couldn't be productive because of the line play
Plenty to blame on Milroe, plenty of times he had time, and if the defense doesn't respect your QBs arm they will be in the QBs face. Also, in the NFL he's going to get less time.
@@ronniemoore2756 was it the o line’s fault every time he held on to the ball too long, ran backwards and took a stupid sack, or terrible turnovers that were completely on him. If by o line you mean Pritchett then I agree. The two biggest weak links are gone. Pritchett may have been worse than Milroe. Have to get right tackle fixed

I mean Seahawks RB got more touches this year under Grubb. The lack of talent at the position plays a factor.
Why does everyone hate on Mac Jones. Lol, dude threw for over 380+ in 7 games with a 77% completion percentage threw for 40 touchdowns to 4 interceptions in 2020. and people are still spouting the bullshit of Bryce Young taking his job. lol, It's ridiculous. Tua lost us the Natty the year before. Dropped the ball on the 5 yard line and threw an interception in the red zone to give LSU to go up by 20 at the half and gave Burrow and LSU a natty. How come he never gets shit on like Mac Jones.
Ty Simpson sees the field well and works through progressions like Mac Jones. Otherwise, their games are completely different. Ty has a stronger arm and is 3x more athletic to escape pressure when necessary. I feel like I’m listening to people that don’t know much about what they’re talking about. It’s sad to me that this kid has shown so much loyalty to the program and has been thrown aside for some lank marketing garbage.
