Please I need some clarification here. My wife (for 23yrs) came back from our church women programme held in June 2022, saying happily that Fida, (female lawyers) told them that no how they behave their husbands can't send them away. Since then problem in marriage increased. Quarrel on any slightest thing I say or do, painful words of abuse on me, my mom. Denying me of sex, using phone in secret, not cooking regularly and many others. Please how do I settle this matter. Because I'm avoiding disgrace for my wife and myself and effects on our children, I've not spoken to anyone. I'm in serious emotional pain and scared if I may suffer BP

I did a traditional wedding with my wife on the 6th of march 2021, and we signed an agreement the day before our traditional wedding on the 5th of March 2021, that says ‘There shall be no divorce’, however recently as she was upset with me and without going to customary court to divorce, she went behind my back and did a court wedding with another man. I wish to nullify her court wedding she did 2weeks ago, as she as breached the agreement we made together. Can the agreement mad on the 5th of March 2021, be enforcedwith that said can i end the court wedding she did, cus i never ended the customary marriage, formal or by family elders, she just got up and did a court wedding without my knowledge or awareness, cus the court marriage was done when i travelled out the country, what can i do to end the registar marriage as she is still marroed to me under customary marriage

    Hypothetical Situation:
A woman states she is pregnant so the man decides to marry the woman. After the marriage he later discovers that she is not pregnant. They decide to separate and now live in separate countries. They each live separate lives and there has not be any sex for at least one year.
Is the above grounds for a divorce? If so how long does that process take and does both parties need to be present if they both reside outside of the country?

The issue is not whether it was done in church or not but if the church has the license to issue marriage certificate. If yes, the parties have to get a lawyer and come under any of the grounds for dissolution of marriage.
