    the u 235 line also describes how the bomb works. a nucleus splits a atom into two separate parts that add up together. then the nucles continues and dose it again and again, combined with the fast rate when it happens and the massive amount of energy relesed creates the devastating explosion that later results in the massive amount of nuclear fallout.

    I loved the distortion on Oppenheimer's voice track. If you see the old films of Oppenheimer, this is exactly how he sounded, with the technology of the day. Here, it gives a lovely creepiness.

    not sure if it's been mentioned in the comments yet, but the way Oppenheimer's was done is after a tv interview he gave once. Peter did it amazingly well.

    Uranium-235, they used that in the atomic bomb and it splits. And he says “U like 2 from 3 and 5”, implying that the 235 isotope is splitting and the U is uranium

    I don't know what it is, but that warm fuzzy sound that comes from old audio just melts my ears with a joyous feeling. Nothing nostalgic as I'm too young, but as an aesthetic thing that elevated Oppenheimer for me. If anyone can explain why that old sound quality sounds so good to me that'd be great.

    • @MadMax-ii8gq
      @MadMax-ii8gq 5 лет назад +1

      Probably because of its accuracy. ERB made Oppenheimer sound like he does in his radio interview with the static radio voice.

    I think almost everyone goes into this thinking it will be a Thanos win because of how guilty Oppenheimer was about his part in the Atomic bomb and then Oppenheimer just kills it. I love the effects they've done to make him sound like the old interviews with him and the way they so brilliantly capture Oppenheimer's haunted look. Plus his wordplay is just so clever.
