This is the problem with Kabam - they expect us to spend hundreds or thousands per month, for RNG rewards (i.e., mostly champs we don't want). You've spent so much, man. You should have received not one 7* Serpent, but two.
I have gotten almost every pre-release bundle for the last 8 features and have yet to get a 7* feature. I need to go back and tally how many crystals I’ve opened and how many were 4/5/6/7. I’ve opened over 300 pre-release crystals
