    Great video and watching the Beginner Sous Vide Series. A question....could you leave the skin on these thighs? It really hurts me to take off the skin if you can somehow get it crispy/tasty!😂

    Wow looks Good! What adjustments would you recommend for sous viding and searing chicken breast? Also a meal prepping video on how to prep these ahead of time and then cook for ready would be sooo helpful! Love the quality and value of your videos!!!
