I got one of these for free beginning of the spring, I did a hell of a lot of work on it, deck needed welding, and made level again, belts, engine, valves adjusted, got it all done, ran strong, ran well, everything fixed, it's running, and all of a sudden, a loud knocking from the engine, and it dumped it's new oil right out of the bottom on the engine, it threw a rod right out the bottom of the engine, I was pissed, so now it sits till I find another engine.... LMAO
Alex we've formed a club in your absence, it's Roger, Mufasah, Everyday Projects and myself, we go to some channel that's supposedly a mowing channel but we get to critique art, welding, small engine repair, more art, more welding, more small engine repair.... it never ends. I hope this guys good at yardwork because these other adventures leave a lot to be desired. 🤣

Hey Alex glad to see you back! Your project pile has grown like mine! Oddly enough my last two mowers I fixed were an LT1045 Cub Cadet and a John Deere L110, almost exactly what you have in this video. Both free. Looking forward to more videos soon, we all need a break sometimes!

That certainly sounds about right. Get all of the hard work done and it just falls to pieces. I hope you can find an engine for yours and get it sold.
