  • Today we prepared a light and extremely tasty and soft pumpkin pie. Without many ingredients and everyone will love it.
    RECIPE:
    ✅ For the dough we will need 1 kg of flour, 5 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and a little warm water. We make 3 noodles and there is no right ratio for water, as a rule we add gradually until the sticky dough stops
    ✅ Leave the dough to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature
    ✅ Separate the dough and roll out 3 noodles which we will coat with a little oil and leave for an additional 15 minutes at room temperature
    ✅ The dough is fine and will stretch nicely. Round or square table - it doesn't matter
    ✅ Depending on the size of the noodles we stretched, we will cut it into 2 or 3 parts and fill them with pumpkin, which we cut and add a little salt.
    ✅ Arrange the noodles in a pan in circles, but we will have to pull the last noodles inside with a knife.
    ✅ If you wish, you can immediately cut the pie into triangles, and you don't have to. Drizzle with a little oil and bake for about 30 minutes at 250 ° C - until nicely browned
    ✅ From the side, we will pour 500 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt and 20 g of butter into the sherpa. Bring to a boil
    ✅ After the pie is baked, we will pour it over the field we made, lift it a little with a knife to make it better absorbed and return it to the oven for just a few more minutes.
