I left the stream after the Copenhagen game thinking TheViper had no chance; my mistake to doubt the GOAT
The closed captions had me a little confused at the beginning “we are on African re beds and Hara went sariss against Sato cuz satau tried to go for the greedy fish poop” 😂
It's insane the level of play we got to see in 2023, so high that even at the end of the year we're still getting one of the best sets of the year.
It's also worth noting that Viper had already been streaming for over five hours at the point of starting this and has his issues. Viper's insane.
Wow, these two are the only ones who can make comebacks like this happen. Hera can lose 150 villagers to 30 and end the game with more than you after he resigns.

Dave thanks for the upload here. I would say though that given how much interaction there is with chat (totally cool btw), it would be good to have chat on screen since it’s very difficult to follow along at many times.

I came because I didn't wanna hear Membe yell on his, I stayed for the swearing.
The people crying in comments like this wasnt an almost 4 hour stream. I thought the chat interaction was fun, and did not detract from the games. The only suggestion is to add chat so we can see the otherside of the conversation better.
The Healing Bugfix was rly nice, didnt knew it was that bugged, we could rly see the monks working especially in the last Game

In game 4 I think that if viper had shot the castle once with the cannons then pulled then foward to his foward castle and left his other castle he would have won, not sure why he was pulling them back and fowards

In the Porto vs Hindustani game I just couldn't believe how Viper had 150 vills and basically no army, he could never overwhelm Hera's defense because he simply didn't have enough space for military units.
He threw a really big advantage because he overboomed.
Dave you should try watching Rugby League, they invented the game to create bigger hits and no scrum bs
In the second game, Viper threw twofold: The castle killing the Monastery wasn't even it.
At one point he had stone for 2 or 3 castles AND military initiative. Those castles should have been in Hera's face OR he should've not mined that stone, go to imp quicker and end it there.
And when the fight was going on around that castle hitting the monastery, he had almost 2k food and fully teched Lightcav. 2kfood worth of Lightcav raiding Hera at that point would've ended it too, or at least it would've been a much better situation for Viper.
Lotr are the best movies of all time and Got 1-5 is the best television series of all time.

I have to say that I never really liked Viper, but on the other hand, I always hated Hera.

If I'm remembering correctly, there is actually a higher number of guns per capita in Canada than in the USA, because hunting in rural areas is so common.

it used to be called admirals cup. Definitely not S tier but players seemed to take it somewhat seriously. No meme strats but also played while streaming and reading chat.

Dave, i understand you like to interact with your audience, but this is an aoe channel and when you keep randomly going on tangents/cutting in and out about books/sports people may not be familiar with, it really messes with the flow and turns me off from your vids. Game 5 was unwatchable. Id be astonished if i was the only one who felt this way. Just giving feedback cause i want your channel to do well.
