Unfortunately, the majority of Neter godly craft use technology that is illegal in Prometheus which tends to give them an unfair advantage. There's particularly a problem with EMP, LAMS, and planar shields. Prometheus craft are, for the most part, not protected from EMP at all; it's not super common for neter craft to have powerful EMP weapons, but they do exist. LAMS can knock down a lot of Prometheus compliant weapons with relative ease. Planar shields are basically just straight damage reduction, because almost all Prometheus legal weapons can be deflected (torpedos and dumbfire rockets/bombs being the exception.) It's also hard to deal with anything that moves evasively, with no hitscan weapons or railguns.
It's not impossible by any means, I've beaten Neter godlies with Prometheus compliant ships of roughly equal cost. It's just really variable depending on the godly in question; the DWG Crossbones makes a decent testing dummy despite its shields, but something like the SS Kitakami is kinda rough to fight, much less some of the SD/GT godlies.

Would Trek consider this a major refit I wonder?
I mean considering "minor refits" in Trek include adding and removing decks.

I think there should be some of the old Jebediah And Vanguard be used like there only like 3 Vanguards battleships left, and 2 or 1 Jebediahs left too. You known just as base defense
