@@almas4663 I don’t know what you are referring to (Korra was good) but to my understanding the og creators were the ones who wanted to change things more and Netflix wanted to do ”more faithful” adaptation from the animated show even if Netflix made some changes (hopefully improving the series).
@@laurijaakkola3762 That's what I'm talking about. Netflix cares about giving us a faithful adaptation made by fans for fans, while the OG creators are out of touch with their own creation, and look for every possible way to poison it with bad retcons, shallow love triangles and agenda

Aang is vegetarian, Sokka learns to respect women, Iroh misgenders Smellerbee etc. And even if Netflix wants to highlight some of these cases it doesn’t mean that the show is woke. If you have any problems with these things the only one with an agenda are you and your prejudices.
