I love watches. The best thing about watches these days is being able to switch out the face when you get bored. Thanks, Troy, for all your work! Also, isn't it nice to be able to use the big screen of a Z Fold to help with videos!
I can't believe someone actually did a video on a watch face that I use daily. Novus watch face is perfect. It tells me the time digitally, date, battery on my watch and my phone, weather, and having the premium version is so worth it.
im using a pip boy watch face right now. Animated watch faces are cool, but they drain you battery af. And the watch 5 is not so nice in the battery department.
The faces still don't touch the watch faces of first gen. Iam still wearing my first gen until they get faces that look more professional and better battery life.
Best analog face I've seen is called Cronosurf Wave. Has a free version and a paid version. It's kind of an aviation style face and I've been using it exclusively for about 2 or 3 years now. Just got my GW5P, but when I had my GW4C with that face installed, it only used about half of my battery life over a 14-16 hour period. On my GW5P the battery is at 84% right now and I've had it on my wrist for about 8 hours now...
No matter which watchface I put on it, I can't get the dread of the giant black bezel from my eyes... I wanted to love the watch, but I'm convinced I need the Galaxy watch 6 classic because at least that mechanical bezel looks classy
Hi, so i decided to choose the novus face which is great! I have a question though.. the allways on display that you advertised doesnt work at all ive tried everything and nothing works so im wondering does anybody know the solution?
Great video, sorry for the dumb question but I recently bought my watch 5 Pro and I am learning to use it and I want to add more faces watch and i downloaded some of the face watch from this video and go to the app store on the watch and I dont see the option "Apps on your phone" ... 1:14 Cant you guide through please?

@@WhatGear Yeah not any wear os watch faces from google that I've had will update real time like the native Samsung Galaxy apps. I hope they change that. That's the only reason I always use the native Samsung Galaxy 4 classic watch faces and not any other watch faces.
Hi I decided to change my old galaxy active 2 watch to new 5 series but i wonder When i buy the new one, Can i use my ''old watch faces'' that i purchased from galaxy store. Thank you for your answer from now on.
People would buy Samsung as its an all around watch and not limited to training only. I have the Huawei GT Runner and had many Huawei and Garmin Watches previously, but missed the smart watch features such as lte, Google play app, leaving my phone at home while on a jog and more importantly the blood pressure and body composition along with my total calories being counted. Total calories isn't counted by Huawei, although Garmin does it. For some people it's about balance. The watch has the tools I personally want and at the moment no other watch has the balance of tools Samsung has. For example, which watch other than Samsung has body composition monitoring and blood pressure in the same watch? These are important metrics especially for someone like me whose blood pressure is sometimes high and want to lose weight, for which I can check my body composition also on the watch and record calories from food eaten on Samsung Health and compare these to my total calories burned in Samsung Health. Their are better fitness watches, but you lose out on other things. It's all about the right balance for yourself.
Samsung Galaxy watch 4 and 5 watch faces are garbage. I will never in my life by another Samsung watch. I'm going to go back to my active 2 They said they was improving. I believe they're gonna lose a lot of customers. The watch faces are a very big deal to people. I'm I'm going back to. I don't care if I don't get any updates as long as I can use on my watch. I waste my money on a Samsung Galaxy 5. Oh and not to mention the watch is lagging the active two is much better with less features

you dont have to download anything, its in the Samsung Gear app itself.
If you have galaxy watch then you can also find it in galaxy store

Sideload 'Pixel' and 'Fossil' Watchfaces, nothing can beat them in simplicity and battery usage.
when it comes to third party watch faces, I find them laggy, buggy and majorly battery consuming

Exactly! My Tizen based GW has so many stunning watch faces and ZERO of the Wear based GW faces come even close

Yes. If you go to the Galaxy Wearable app. Tap manage and you can delete all the ones you don't want

That's a good question. I guess that info should be in the description of the third party watch faces . I guesing the facer apps don't do that

@@simdencard Yeah mane I would use other watch faces besides the native Samsung Watch faces if that could somehow get fixed.
I haven't tried, but maybe if you set Samsung Health to do continuous monitoring of heart rate, then it might enable 3rd-party faces to use it.

Huawei test blood pressure without external items. Out of the box it works. Why would anyone buy a weaker clone watch.
