I really get into why I lost weight around 6:00
I also apologize for the crappy quality; I was recording off of a really crappy webcam.
I'm really hoping to help people out with weight loss that are looking for that support, however, I'm about to hit my busy time at work so I'm not sure how long it's going to be between uploads.
