Nice video. Can you advise just where in the bay to go wade fishing. Headed down there in a few weeks. my 21' nautic star will run pretty shallow, but I've heard there are reefs on the south end that will detroy your lower unit. any advice is well received.
Pearce Phan Yes! Got the first one replace without issue. However, the new replacement spool is corroding after just 2 fishing trips. Not happy with that.
just discovered your video. it was awesome!! 2 question: how do you like that Waterloo? what type of lure were you using? looking fwd to your future videos soon Thx for sharing
Thanks for watching and sharing. I really like my Waterloo rods. I have one that I have been using for about 7 years and has not missed a fishing trip. The lure I was using is a Thumpin Mullet sold by Academy under the H2O Express brand name. The color is Chicken on a Chain. The Thumpin Mullet lures have glass rattles in them. Although the rattles often work their way out, the lures are still effective and very durable. Actually, every fish caught in this video(and a few others that didn't get recorded) were caught on the same lure. All except the very last fish.
Thanks for watching. I usually start with about 6-8 feet of 20 lb. fluorocarbon. If its one of those days with a tuff bite, you can go through a few feet changing lures. Its the same if its a good bite day. I'll re-tie after a few fish, because the line is likely frayed. Don't want to stick that 'PIG' trout with frayed line.
Just came across your video great job
Lure looks like a gambler
Nice red!
Awesome video I have this reel and never use lures how is yours set up is it just the lure attached to your line and what type of rod

How is the reel holding up?
Love seeing you pull in all those trout on plastics. I always spend a fortune on live bait.
What kind of go pro do you have and what type of case yours sounds like you have better sound than mine does?
nvm just saw the details haha,,,
Awesome vid!
i like to use a texas rig chicken on a chain or plum saltwater assasian
Do you mind telling me what rig you were using? I always use a pop cork but some times I run out of live shrimp and I need a good artificial, thanks.
