Your videos are always very clear and to the point and your explanations with the sub title are very easy to follow with. You are doing a great service to people who are suffering endlessly with varicose veins problems. I sincerely thank you for your compassion towards such patients.
Interesting series of videos. I was a District Nurse and a Practice nurse and treated so many people with leg ulcers who had never had any treatment for their varicose/Venus eczema. I have now developed varicose eczema and am trying to get my doctor to take it as seriously as I am - perhaps I will take one of the videos to my next appointment. Thank you.

if this duplex ultrasound technology can be used to determine blockage in veins and arteries, that means there can be a way to remove these occlusions from these veins and arteries in such a way that the occluded materials in the blood can be melted using high energy sound. please if anyone knows anything about it I need ideas
Doc.beautifully demonstrated. I have an appointment to do the venous Doppler test right leg. Can you please tell me this test will be done standing position or lying on horizontally face upward.
Hi, I’m confused as to the difference between the Doppler ultrasound and duplex ultrasound? Are they both the same thing, as I’ve seen them used interchangeably throughout different textbooks, but was under the impression they were two different tests. Also if they are two different tests, which one would be better for identifying a DVT? Thank you

Our site is starting a Venous Reflux study by Ultrasound using the "Hokanson inflation/deflation cuffs" I have very little training on this subject so could you recommend a protocol and perhaps a video from beginning to end using this procedure?
Dear Dr. Gajraj, I am an ultrasound technologist and was wondering if you could give me some type of protocol on how to conduct this exam. Could you do a video of the entire exam from start to finish. This may help the radiologist provide a better examination for our patients and a better understanding for myself. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Patsy Snell RDMS

Hello,I was told I had phabitus but it has been almost 9 weeks now I am limping around and when I get up from a sitting position it hurts so bad and takes awhile to get going. I had a regular ultra sound and they ruled out blood clot in the main vein inside leg but I said do i have phabitus and she said that is something that is clinically diagnosed,so I do have some numbness in my foot,I am scared. My doctor had put me off for a month, but I have returned to work and stand on my feet for 6 hours and my knee sweeps and the inside of my lower leg above ankle, does this sound like phabitus to you. I am having great difficulty walking and bending my knee. I have gone to a ostrio path 3 times now but haven't had any luck so far. Please help me,I just want my leg back again,I feel like an old slow turtle...😪

Dr. Gajraj. If a patient has had the condition of Varicose eczema and with it the dark skin discoloration of the lower legs. Is there a procedure to clear up the discoloration and get the skin back to its normal shade?? Thank you in advance for your reply.
If the vein condition is treated - for example if superficial venous reflux is abolished- the venous eczema improves. It may not go away completely.
Great explanation ,, really made it easier keep up the good work doc good luck , im doing my resedency program in general surgery and was thinking of a sub now i will put vascular surgery in mind :)
