Unlike learning English, I think almost all professions have their own languages.
* Valuable assets refers to assets which are income generating in contrast to idle assets. So it's not a usual English grammar but an accounting parlance. Same thing with total monopoly or absolute monopoly it's an economic term or doctrine to differentiate it from monopolistic competition.
Bottom line it's not a usual grammar but a specific jargon tailored or framed by different sciences.

Accounting term po yan valuable asset. Di mo mawari ang ibat ibang term sa paligid dahil may sarili yang field difination hindi general. Valuable assets means useful assets like people in the company, cash, land, properties and equipmemts. Pero may mga asset na hindi na valuable kasi nag depreciate na siya ng maraming taon like car na sirang sira na, building na luma na at hindi na mapakinabangan, furnitures na hindi na useful dapat na itapon. Mga asset parin yan.
